I don’t know why people leave bad reviews. This place is awesome. I’ve lived here since late March and this Taco Bell is my go to. The food is always good. The service even better. If the dining area is a little messy, well, read the room. Sometimes their packed either in drive through, doordash, dine in, or all of the above. And as I’ve witnessed its the customers with no common sense that trash it like its their place. Literally seen kids come in, spill soda at the soda machine, leave their straw trash just sitting there, drop napkins on the ground looking at it like it’s alien to them, and then leave most of their food trash on the floor. I’m sure it’s alot to keep up with. Not to mention the guy in the little D energy truck that decided to clean it his truck in drive thru and throw all of his trash in the parking lot. The food is always the way I want it and the employees are wonderful. So if you have a complaint about that then maybe YOU shouldn’t expect someone to read your mind. If you want friendly YOU be friendly. And if you want immaculately clean then YOU can either do better, yourself, or teach your children some common curiosity and respect. As for the restaurant, itself, 10/10.

I dont know why they bother to ask if you want sauce packets, they never put them in the bag. I had an order for 4 people and they asked if I wanted sauce I said yes, mild. Didn’t get any, i looked at the receipt to see if they were on there and it said 3 mild sauce. 3 really for 4 orders and got none. Happens all the time, and food was mediocre at best. I’m done.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ever since they reopened after remodeling, it has been horrible ever since. They get my order incorrect Every. Single. Time. Then when I politely request they give me the right order they act so incredibly rude. The tacos barely have any meat at all, and when I order something that has ingredients they’re out of they don’t tell me and just try to give me a half complete order instead of simply telling me there’s no tomato’s etc. Charging me for the supreme taco when it didn’t even have any of the extras on it that make it supreme. Just charge me for a regular taco then or tell me so I can order something else. Final straw was this breakfast burrito I received today. The potatos are so burnt and old and hard and there was literally one bite of egg in the entire burrito. It was effectively 90 percent empty. It was a complete joke they think that’s acceptable food to give out. Never going back to this location again.

Literally just drove 20 minutes and ordered nacho fries and potato’s for them to not have cheese… then got our drinks and had to ask for them to put ice in it?? anddd we didn’t even get our sauces so he tosses them at us making half land outside! Would rather just drive 28 minutes to Davenport and definitely will be doing that next time!!

We pulled up to the speaker with a very enthusiastic and positive attitude ready to serve us! The guy that we spoke to was also at the window and cashed us out with that same additude. He was very polite and welcoming and got our food out fast. He was quick to fix a small mess up and apologized. When we gave him a tip he was very appreciative, we wanted to bring attention to his great work ethic and hope to see this in the future! Thank you Taco Bell in Clinton!

When I get my food it shouldn’t be all over the wrapper where I have to use a spoon or fork!!! Everytime I go here my grilled cheese burrito is always coating the wrapper and I have to eat it with a fork or spoon bc it’s so messy!! I have complained several times which is every time I seriously wish taco johns was still around and Taco Bell would’ve gone out of business

Every time i order here the fillings are so slim its a rip off. Chili cheese burrito was mostly the tortilla, taco supremes with almost no meat. Been eating taco bell my whole life and i have given up on this location for good.

Gotta be worstest nastiest Taco Bell I ever did see. Poop on the floor in the bathroom, and they forgot not just one but 4 of my tacos and when I received them 1 was smashed and 3 had stale shells. Do NOT go to this place… ever

When you order Taco Bell because your blood sugar is low but you don’t have time or energy for anything else but they are LAZY to change the Baja blast. So they give you not one but 2 DIET BAJA BLASTS.
THE UNSEASONED CINNAMON TWISTS WERE DIABOLICAL TRASH. LITERALLY NO SUGAR.
food is not something to be played with and y’all straight played in my husbands face. He doesn’t drink soda so when you shoved it in his face before he even paid he didn’t get to ask for fire sauce. So of course the COLD 5 LAYER BURRITO WAS TRASH TOO THEN.
IN MY 30 YEARS OF TACO BELL I am so disappointed in that behavior. Diet sodas cause MIGRAINES even with one sip.
Educate yourself as a worker on food and quit substitutions.
