Tables and chairs were sticky! Soda area was disgusting. Dr Pepper was empty. Floors were filthy. Bathrooms were dirty. The ENTIRE restaurant or what there is of it was filthy. Food was barely edible. I shudder to imagine what the kitchen looks like.. there were only employees sitting in the eating area. Totally oblivious to the conditions of the dinning area. Tables are wobbly and TINY The only table that was suitable was occupied by employees. I ordered extra guacamole for a small taco salad. It was seriously less than a teaspoonful. Sooo disappointed in the Keokuk Taco Bell. I don’t know who manages this place but you should be embarrassed! The 1 star reviews speak for themselves

This place is absolutely horrible. We have given them so many chances, literally every time we try to eat there, there is something either out of stock(which we dont get notified about until well after we have already placed the order and are already in the drive thru line)or something is screwed up with our order. Well this was the last time, never again will we even consider eating here.

Was at taco bell in keokuk iowa 12/26/25 sat in drive through for 10 minutes. Someone drove by yelling from their car the people in the drive through told us they wouldnt serve us if we didnt quiet down. Like who the hell do you think you are it wasn’t even us yelling. We eventually had enough of the rude drive thru employees and left. We wont be returning

We went in and the floors was nasty, no clean tables. One of the cooks touched her hair and face with gloves on and then touched food. Stood there for 20 min before someone told use we had to do our own order, extremely rude. Ordered a meal and didn’t get a drink bc they informed us that the soda machine was down! Food was cold

Soda machine was down,no one to take orders only the automated kiosk.
If your food says it comes with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, rice, sour cream, you better double check because most likely you’re probably missing most of those.
The workers are just not people persons!!!
There is never a table clean & tables have carvings in them. They didn’t even have napkins to give out they had to give out napkins out of a dispenser from the back or the bathroom. The soda machine you had to give them the soda to refill and most of those weren’t even there. They only had a couple you could choose from. I had chips that came with my meal in both occasions that I showed up and all mine were crumpled look like the end of the bag. Nothing was what it was supposed to be, I had to ask for my cheese for them. Both occasions I had to ask for my sour cream that was supposed to come on my sandwiches.

Third time I have been there in the last 6 months. Every time they are out of food or main items. This time I did a mobile order they took the order then when I get there most of the food items of my order where out of stock. So had to void the order not mad but just confused if you have an item not available maybe make sure it unavailable to be sold online.

Actually pathetic, Close this store down. Ordered 2 hours before they even closed. Tried calling and they just declined the call. Workers are lazy, if you didnt want to work then dont. Especially in customer service. Spent $40 on food I never got. When im working nights and need to eat they are the only place open. They change it to “making my order” so I couldn’t cancel it. They need to be fired and this store needs to be shut down. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

I have held my tongue so much with this place I have never wrote a review for any place but this is my first. This place is terrible, and I love Taco Bell, everytime I go something is wrong. There was no sour cream on my chalupa and no cheese on my hard shell tacos. This is just one of many issues I have had every time I go there. The staff is rude and not helpful. I have had tacos with like no beef or literally no lettuce I have had a crunch wrap supreme with literally no meat. I’m going to be contacting corporate. This place needs shut down and new management. I’m not sure how this place is still going every single one of these reviews are bad.

Placed a mobile order at 7:15. Got my order at 7:35. The only thing I ordered was a burrito , a taco and chips and cheese. I ordered my taco without pico because I am allergic to onions, guess what came on my taco?? Onions!! I couldn’t even eat it. And my chips were so cold.

They are always out of some item, it’s a coin toss if you get everything you ordered, and the staff are unpleasant at times. I’m far from the only person to leave a review covering these issues. I used to make it my ritual to stop by when making a Walmart run, but no more. Going to KFC ✌️
