My husband and I went through the drive thru at about 9:30pm and the gent that took our order and that was at the window is one in a million. He truly made our night, and seems to not only enjoy his job, but life in general. We NEED more people like him in this world.

I don’t know who the guy working the drive through was tonight but I always love his attitude! He has great customer service and clearly enjoys his job. This is my favorite Taco Bell in town. They never disappoint.

Always a good choice. Taco Bell is still one of the more affordable places to eat and unlike other fast food places, you stay full for a while longer. This Taco Bell was clean, service was quick and the food was good. Will come again.

Drive thru window guy is everything that’s good in this world. My husband informed me it’s the same guy at the window every time he goes through, so clearly he lives there, loves his job, and gives that love and energy to the people of Cedar Rapids. …we did end up driving off without our cinnabons, laughing the whole way home.

Like ok….it’s taco bell i know what i should be getting myself into but I think it shouldn’t be that way. I got this gordita thing. It’s over 5 dollars which is on the high end for taco bell prices and like…this thing had less meat that a regular soft shell taco. They didn’t even fry or warm up the outside puffy tortilla shell thing either so it just powdery and stiff. At some point you have tk start trying to make food this bad, have some pride in what your doing even if its boring and kinda shitty.

I have never had a bad experience at this location and the staff has always been very nice. The food always turns out like what is expected for Taco Bell, good proportions and levels of seasoning.
This location has recently upgraded to the walk in and order touch screens making busy times a lot quicker to order.
The restaurant is kept nice and clean and is an inviting atmosphere. It is my son’s favorite place for tacos!

Still waiting for food. It’s been over 30minutes. Placed mobile order. I’ve seen like 3 people who have ordered after me through mobile order still get their food before me. Very frustrating

Asked for two flavors mixed in my freeze, he told me he couldn’t do it, & had an attitude… I’ve never heard such things before at Taco Bell & they do it for my kids every time. Thankfully, I decided to go to the one on first ave & got my drinks for free, as well!
