When ordering in the drive through 5/2023 our family wasn’t quite sure what we wanted to order since the prices and such have changed. The employees kept trying to rush us. Every 5-10 seconds a different employee got on the headset to ask were we ready yet and how much longer? This establishment was dirty. The staff didn’t acknowledge us for about 10 minutes. They were not busy. The gentleman taking our order, scratched his greasy head, scratched his nose and proceeded to fill orders without washing his hands!!! Totally disgusting!!!! It is apparent training in customer service and hygiene is needed!!!!
