I don’t know quite how describe how gross my Mexican pizza was. It was like the top tortilla was burnt and yet the bottom was soggy. And the chips and cheese barely had any chips.

They were out of cheese, lettuce, and half of the other menu items. Rang up the wrong menu item, then argued with me that it wasn’t even on their menu. Even tho it was. The manager initially said if I wanted what was included in my original order I’d have to buy it separately, then realized it actually was on the menu and provided it, but instead of substituting for missing items they just gave very empty menu items. This is par for the course because this location not only always serves very thinly filled menu items but also makes sure to close just before 2 am, specifically to miss the bar rush. This location is trash. Can’t wait till D’Leon’s opens down the street because they will likely gouge the majority of their business.

My Mexican pizza had hair in it and was not cooked. Upon inspection, my son also found a hair in his food. I called to ask for a refund and was told that because I used the app that would not be possible. They offered to remake my items but who wants to eat at a place that just served you hair? After talking to the district manager I was assured that a refund would be issued through the mail by check, and my meal would be comped. That was a month ago and there has been no follow up. I would beware of this place due to the lack of quality and hygiene. There is a much better Mexican joint across the street.

I love Taco Bell’s breakfast lineup, but this location is regularly not open when it says it’s open. It says it opens up at 7:00 AM, but that happens about half the time I visit this location. For example, the last two days (03-22-23 at 7:35 AM and 03-23-23 at 8:05 AM) there were people in there, but they were closed because someone didn’t show up for work.

Here’s the thing. This location works so hard but they are ALWAYS short staffed. Even going through the drive thru you can guarantee you will either have to wait 20 minutes or they will be out of whatever you ordered. There was a door dash person waiting with me and they had a 30 minute wait just to get their order. If you have the option go to one of the other locations.

I door dash and last night and this evening I unfortunately got a order for taco bell. I truly am very much bothered with the paid employees at this location. Last night I waited 20 mins for a order and for them to finally let me aware that they were out of steak. No apologies or anything and then waited another 10 mins just enough time for another employee to be very rude. Disgusted. And right at the moment I’ve been waiting over 10 mins for a doordash order and these “kids” seem to either forget or not care that there are customers in the lobby. There really should be some better supervising.
