Never come to this location, the service is absolutely horrible. Waited for food for 25 minutes and no one said a word, no communication skills whatsoever. Guess anyone can work here? As a doordash driver I wasn’t handed the drink directly, left, and had to come back later to grab it. I then asked politely if they had the drink, and they said learn how to read man, it’s right here… pls find better workers

I was happy they brought back the Taco Pizza. Otherwise, lower quality meat. The last taco salad didn’t have much lettuce, so that wasn’t a desirable order. The worst was to go to the drive-through and be told, “Sorry, the Taco Bell side is shut down, and we only have certain KFC chicken boxes. I said never mind and went to McDonald’s, where you can count on items being in stock.

I would like to start this out by saying I waited for 10 minutes at the counter until someone came to take my order, then I had a coupon and the manager Amy took another 5 minutes to come up and write it off. Not only that but when I wanted to add stuff to my order she went to the back and I could hear her cussing about it to the other employees, I don’t think she is management material for any business even a Taco Bell. Quality has dropped, inconsistent prices between online and store, and reduced menu. What less could you ask from taco bell. Beef intentionally added to my burritos that were supposed to be chicken. Imagine a Hindu customer having beef added. Taco Johns would be a better and smarter choice, Los Tres Amigos would be better, both are located a block east. Added recent purchase of nacho fries, you can see the pictures show two different boxes both are about a third of what the picture shows. I added a recent picture from the web to. Compare. Customer service is poor and staff is rude when kindly asking about getting ordered items that were missing.

The manager there is horrible and rude! She loves to talk over the customer, cut them off, and yell at customers. I will never go there again. I attempted to place an order at noon today with this restaurant through their mobile app. I had questions while ordering so I called the store. The manager who “assisted” me had zero customer service and hung up on me while I was asking for clarification on my order. They provided the worst service I have ever experienced.

Not impressed AT ALL. We counted 7 employees in there tonight, lobby was empty and 2 cars in the drive thru but nobody can be bothered to take an order anymore….the average price per meal is approximately $13.50, it would be cheaper to go to Chili’s or even Applebee’s. Smokey D’s is even cheaper. Then let’s get to the 10 minutes it took to even get our food. Once we got it, 2 out of 3 of the quesadillas had one of four sections empty. And fast food workers wonder why the American people don’t want them to make $15/hr. The new Mexican pizza is NOT worth it. That has nothing to do with this particular location, its just the new shell tastes heavily of flour and over powers the rest of the ingredients. I agree with other online reviews that the new Mexican pizza is bland and not as good. I’ve been waiting since June 2020 to have the Mexican pizza again and was greatly disappointed. 0/10 will go back to taco bell.
