Stopped in after a storm game. Delicious! Hand cut fries were one of the best I’ve had and I had the Buffalo chicken wrap which was delicious. Friends of our ordered the tangler burger and said it was delicious as well with their homemade chips. Pleasantly surprised all together! I had no idea they served food. Will definitely be back! It’s your typical bar atmosphere but lots of TVs for games! Our server was a sweetheart and did a great job!

One of our favorite places. Excellent food. Sante Fe Wrap is delicious, but everything we’ve eaten has been great. Quick and attentive staff. Great beverage selection. Fridays in the summer they have a band that plays outside on the patio. Highly recommend.

Went with 3 other friends, 3 of us had mixed drinks and could not even taste the alcohol in them.
1 friend had tater tots with his order and they tasted like fish and not even so much as a apology from management. Plus our food came out at different times, like 10 minute difference, I had the grilled daytona wings and the taste was ok but grilled means grilled, not partially deep fried then grilled.
Service was seriously lacking and none of us will ever be back.

We love this place! They have the best homemade ranch! Our server was very kind and accommodating. We never had a dry drink. They have pitchers of draft beers. They have Pepsi products. They have two diet options. Diet Pepsi and diet mt.dew. It is a large bar. In the back they have a private room. Great for big gatherings. I had the grilled tenderloin. OMG it was delicious! The french fries are hand cut fresh. They have tons of TV’s to watch all the sports. They also have clean restrooms.

I was looking for somewhere to relax after work – it’s been a bit of a long week so far. I needed a drink and a nice sandwich, plus some time to decompress before returning home. Parkside seemed a good place to do both for where I was at the moment. Not but a few blocks from the I-74 bridge, it was right off of my route at the time to return home.
The interior is pretty much what I needed on this sleepy Tuesday night. The place is pretty dark – not much more than a few suspended light fixtures over the dining area and bar, some neon beer signs, and the light from the numerous flat screen TVs. A long, worn, wooden bar stretches the length of the interior, with beer taps and bottles of liquor behind. The floor is covered by dark-patterned 2-foot square carpet tiles, while the overhead is uncovered, leaving the unpainted or otherwise unfinished HVAC ductwork on prominent display for anyone glancing upward.
A hallway past the kitchen and the bathrooms leads out to a currently unused patio and set of sand volleyball courts. I can imagine it would be really nice to sit out here in the warmer months with a beer, watching the sun set and feeling the temperature drop into the evening. Perhaps a return visit is in order in a few months?
Actually, I’m pretty sure a return visit is in order – I really liked the sandwich I got! I opted for the Italian – between the sausage, italian beef, cheese, and marinara, it was just what I needed tonight. The bread was soft, but had clearly spent a little bit of time on the grill with some butter, adding both additional flavor and texture. The sausage and beef were both tender, and the marinara had some sweetness to it, but was well balanced by its slight acidity. Definitely a sandwich I want to come back for again!
I look forward to returning to Parkside in the warmer months to sit on the patio for a bit with another sandwich and drink. I really liked the quiet, laid-back vibe on this visit – this is something I could definitely use more of in my life. Thanks, Parkside!

Don’t ever order any fries. They are over cooked and horrible. Our server Ashley was great but the food was meh at best. My wife had a chicken sandwich which she said was not good enough to finish. Step son had a spicy grilled chicken which he says wasn’t spicy at all and the chicken was overprossesed. My Ruben wad good but nothing special. And to ad insult to everything my dog won’t even touch the left over fries abs are ways almost anything except raw vegetables

Not your usual review, I and my wife decide to have our wedding party at Parkside we we’re planning on 75 and we’ll over 150 show up. The staff there was amazing and the best part was that the back bar, party room and outside patio was at no cost. We had a DJ, brought in our own decorations, and cake. We supplied guest with tickets as we had open bar and we had the staff serve pizza, chicken wings, and santafe egg rolls. Our guest complements would not stop as the food didn’t either until our guests we’re full. If I could give a 10 I would. If your thinking of a event for yourself or group I would highly recommend. Thank you Parkside for making our day! Ps. The price was less then anticipated.

We had a large dinner after our grandmothers visitation. The staff accommodated our 30-50 people easily. They made sure we were all taken care of 100% of the time. There was never a moment someone didn’t have what they needed. The staff was incredible, the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was perfect for what we needed. 10/10 hands down
