The manager thats working right now on February 26th at night is the worst manager on the planet. I dont know how someone saw him fit to have that position! Its mind boggling to me. Im not even gonna call and get my food fixed I dont even want a remake from that crew thats for damn sure. Him and that crew are ruining taco bells name in kalkaska
UPDATE!! So I ended caving in and going back here to eat on march 5th 2026 and I just have to say the crew they had on tonight was on point it was a different manager and almost seemed like a completely different business, they were friendly with no attitudes which is not normally how they are. Its crazy how much difference a good manager makes hopefully they will schedule this manager more than the previous dude because he is a nightmare and should not have his position in my opinion but tonight the service, food and atmosphere was 5 stars, radically different and substantially better hands down

Get food here at least once a week. The last 4 times I have ordered They have forgotten something. Also need to read the full order and make sure they are not putting things that were removed are not put on it. Do better Taco Bell.

Seems like my orders are never right, theyre stingy with the sauces, and slow as hell! It shouldn’t take 20 minutes for a single order of cheesy fiesta potatoes. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to pick up a doordash order cause it “keeps getting pushed to the back”. And I shouldn’t feel like the employees would rather do ANYTHING other than help people in the lobby. I love T-Bell, just not this one.

It’s pretty ridiculous you have to ask for taco sauce when you actually by a party pack!!! It’s very bad, you think someone would have brains enough to put it in the box like they used to. Besides that the if the tacos get any smaller it will just be a shell??? Let’s get it together Taco Bell why be so Cheap you have a multi-million dollar company. The last couple trips to Taco Bell has been a disappointment . Your people don’t even act like they want to be there, maybe tell your people to smile and be a little more friendly.

Still waiting, and waiting, and waiting. I’m currently in the drive thru, it’s been 20 minutes since I ordered, not ONE car in front of me has moved! There are SEVERAL cars behind me. Thank goodness I haven’t paid for my order because I’m leaving!

Took forever to get food, at 930 with very few customers. My burrito had almost no meat, was mostly a really badly folded tortilla with some sauce. No cheese a small amount of lettuce, that was it, so much for supreme, my chicken quesadillas was cold.

I am so frustrated. I understand that they’re probably busy at night, but I waited 35 minutes for a burrito and a quesadilla. And they weren’t even cooked. They were literally cold. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I waited 35 minutes. It was exactly 35 minutes for awful food. I don’t think I’ve ever had that bad of Taco Bell before. I’m not even mad about the nine dollars I spent, I’m frustrated about all the time I was wasted waiting for food I cannot eat because it tastes awful
