We went in and waited at the “wait here to be seated” sign. Finally a waitress asked if we were dining in, and then told us to sit anywhere. We were ignored for about 7-8 minutes and then left. It’s obvious that they are grossly understaffed, as the area next to us looked as if a group of slobs had eaten there. Food, straw papers, and napkins were all over the floor. Management needs to do a better job of scheduling and hiring employees–a challenge these days.

We are from Wisconsin and just passing through. Stopped at around 715pm on a Wed. for pizza here and planned to eat inside but they had to close that part due to not enough staff. The manager (I think) apologized profusely and I told him not to worry as we know how hard it is to find employees these days! We ordered it to go and went and waited in our truck camper until it was done. I was just about to go inside but the manager brought it out to us! Very impressive!
We got the “My Hut Box” with pan pizzas and French fries. The food was very hot and the smell was heavenly. The French fries were excellent… very crispy and light. And he didn’t forget to include the ketchup we requested! As always, the pan pizza never disappoints. What a great deal! We also got a dessert to share.

Ordered a pizza online when I got to the Glasgow store the music was so loud I couldn’t hear the person getting my pizza. The floor was a mess as was the food prep area. Really needs a manager that knows what he is doing. Today is September 6. Friday night only 3 people working. I ordered my pizza on line , they said it would be a half an hour. When I got to the restaurant I stood inside for over an hour waiting I paid for the pizza and after an hour I asked for a refund which the manager on duty refused to give me. We did get a little loud at that point. She finally gave us a refund. There were other customers that walked out after waiting over 2 hours. Pizzas were backing. Thursday August 28, 2025 I went in for a pizza. Went in and sat at a table and was approached by an employee that asked if he could help me my reply was I’d like a pizza. His reply was we have no server. I stated that I would be happy to go to the counter and get the pizza (still dining in). Now his reply was that they do not have any dough to make pizzas. What is a Pizza Hut without pizzas? Just an empty building out of business? I can’t post any pictures since there is nothing to show for my trip into Glasgow.

We order once in a very blue moon. One of our pizzas we ordered was not cooked thoroughly. I got home from work to see no one ate it because the dough was sticking to the box even. Not the first time we’ve had it undercooked but never to the point of sticking to the box. Not sure if they had oven issues or if it was user error.

Been here multiple times, good for pizza, but had a experience that really soured my view of this place.
Had a coupon on the Pizza Hut app, said the location here wasn’t accepting it. Completely fair, if not for the fact that apparently the thing went through after i left, and I only found out after I got a message from a friend that worked there, hours after I left.
Is this a gripe with the app, not the location? Probably, but if it wasn’t for that, I’d rate this place 4 stars. Fairy good place, but the app turned me off the place for a while.

I was dining in the other day and i happened to notice two new girls training. They did great but the girl meant to train them was slacking hardcore. One of the new girls even cried because she was getting so overwhelmed with no help from her superior. I get that she’s pregnant but there is no reason you shouldn’t at least be trying to do your job. If you can’t work find someone else to help those new girls out. It even looked like the lady would take orders and leave the girls to finish it and clean up. Yall need to treat your employees better. Seriously.

I wanna give a 5 stars but I simply cannot. The food is great. But that’s when you actually get it. Every time we have called in an order for pickup or to dine-in, the wait time is simply ridiculous. It’s not the staff who is preparing it fault. It’s the fact they are constantly under staffed or hiring people that cannot do the job efficiently.
