This is how I opened my quesadilla… Absolutely ridiculous. This is the closest taco bell to my house and the service is constantly rude and dry. The food is almost never fresh or hot especially the nacho fries. Opening my food tonight and seeing a ball of tortilla and cheese mashed together is my final straw.

Went through the drive thru and the lady working the window is extremely rude. 1st thing 1st is I work in customer service so if your going to have a messed up attitude find another job. And always remember a smile goes a long way. Leave your problems at the door and fake it until you make it, if you have too. Remember that is the job you picked. Don’t have an attitude with me because you don’t want to be at work.

She’s been there a few times when I’ve gone through and now whenever I go I cross my fingers hoping someone else is tuning the window that day. normally i never go out of my way to leave bad reviews but. man. every single other time ive been here the food has been good and i get exactly what i asked for, sometimes even beyond what i expect. however today i ordered a cheese quesadilla with a 50¢ extra cheese upcharge, and a large nacho fries with two nacho cheese sauces, yet another upcharge, and not only did i receive a tiny amount of cheese on my quesadilla, i only got half of ONE nacho cheese.

Be careful if you go late at night!
I was told it was cash only. (This made me suspicious)
When I got to the window to pay I was told my meal was $6 and some change. I gave a $20 and received $3 and change.
When he brought my food I told him he owed me $10. He was very flustered and told me to give him a second. I told him no, you owe me $10.
He took the $10 out of his pocket!
He was pocketing the money.

Walked in to order at the kiosk but the kiosk wasn’t letting me check out so I spoke to one of the workers and the cashier Alan seemed hesitant to take my order. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito with small order of fries. I waited 20 minutes and when I got my order I only got my burrito but not the fries. The customer service has to get better! This is absurd.

I love taco bell so much! Even more that chikfilla . I tottaly recomend the crunch wrao supreeme i always get extra beans and all the cheese possible. We just went through the drive through so im not sure about service, or the inside but tge foid wad good!
