this Taco Bell is honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The reviews that you see on here are correct and the ones that give them five stars and praise them are definitely fake. I have a severe tomato allergy and I ordered the supreme Lux box. I ordered a beefy five layer burrito with no beans and I made sure there was no tomatoes on anything. Well I opened the burrito because not only is it served to me all hard and stiff. It’s also ripped with meat coming out. I opened it and guess what I see? TOMATOES!! I’m honestly very furious because if I hadn’t opened up this burrito, I would’ve taken a big bite of tomatoes and whatever this purple thing is in here. THEY ARENT EVEN SUPPOSED TO HAVE TOMATOES IN THEM!!! I think the whole place is disgusting same with the workers. I was in a good mood getting my food and I see this big figure head towards me to hand me my food and I smile and say thank you very much and she just looks at me with utter disgust and throws my food on the counter and walks away without saying anything. I don’t know if it’s because she’s upset that she’s around food all day and wants to eat it or if she has to have a job, whatever is it’s not OK. they simply screwed up my night and I think the only thing they got right on this order was handing me my own cup to fill up my own drink.

I actually like Taco Bell, but our visit was disappointing. My Chili Cheese Burrito was thinner than my computer-programmer fingers. (See photo; I didn’t squash it.) The Seven Layer Burrito was a little better. My wife was not impressed with her “Discovery Luxe Box” either – too much worthless filler.

The people on night shift are very rude and disrespectful!! I had forgot to switch out the cinnamon twist for the chips and cheese instead of doing what I asked at the window they proceeded to have an attitude and said that “ it was already made up” “ I can’t do that” well I asked for a chips and cheese to be added at the window… she’s said very rudely and snobby “it’s going to be a $1.60 more” ok I don’t care I just want the chips and cheese. They didn’t have my drink ready. I had asked for no ice and she still proceeded to put ice in my drink. Very rude people. I will never go to this one again! On top of that the chips were stale and didn’t taste right. I couldn’t eat them. You guys wanted to proceed to talk about the situation while I was at the window this is highly unprofessional. This is the worst Taco Bell with the most rudest people there! I will never go here again!!

I do Uber Eats and DoorDash in my spare time. When I stoped by for my first order I asked what time the lobby closed, and was told midnight. I mistook this as for everyone, since that’s how it was after a certain time for so long. When I picked up the order, a girl said that it’s supposed to be in a plastic bag, a bigger, taller girl just said “Shhh, look away for a minute.” I came back after midnight for a second order, and I went through the drive-thru because I misunderstood. When I got to the window, the bigger, taller girl said “Next time you have to come inside.” I said, “oh I’m sorry, I thought she said the lobby closed at midnight.” She then said, “I don’t care. Have a good night.” And just the window on me. Now that it’s time for me to eat, and I’ve now had multiple issues here, I’m driving almost 8 times further for my food to not be made by these rude people. I’ll also be declining orders from here if this is how they treat people. I’ve had issues as a delivery person and as a regular customer

I am literally writing this review in the drive thru because I’ve been at the window for 25 minutes waiting for a $50 order. Like what? They better make sure all my food is there before they hand it to me with all that time waiting for food to be made. I feel bad if they are short staffed or training some poor kid but this is ridiculous! I still have more time to keep writing. No food yet. Still no food. I’m starving!

Used to like this Taco Bell, but whoever they have on window now is awful. Made me wait 15 minutes for 1 burrito I ordered online 15 minutes prior and they didn’t even get my drink right. Second time this has happened now too. Last time they didn’t even give me the correct order after making me wait, meanwhile my order was already set and packed they just made me wait and then gave me someone else’s food. The same woman has been working the window both times and was terribly rude both times.
Won’t be coming back as long as the current staff is how it is.
Don’t recommend, especially if you want to order online.

You have people out here doing burnouts because they’re waiting for an hour for their food. Trying to back up and causing a traffic jam in your parking lot on the busiest day of the year because you decided it was a good idea to start two new people. Horrible.

They really skimp out on all of the food, especially the nacho fries which are a favorite to everyone yet they use barely any of the nacho seasoning that makes it a nacho fry. 75% of the time it’s basically just a normal fry. They also mess up orders quite a bit. I love Taco Bell as a whole but this location is not good
