Last time I got regular cheese fries there was so much cheese everything was soggy. So this time I asked for EASY cheese. Why are you pressing the cheese button for longer 3 seconds? I saw the guy literally COVERING the whole container. Please chill out and learn how much cheese to put. Ridiculous.

Reinforced the knowledge that you shouldn’t buy fish sandwiches at a steakburger restaurant. Ordered the fish sandwich and it was awful. Not hot (of course, no one orders fish sandwiches @ Freddy’s), probably was made the day before. Breading way too thick and disgusting. Awful pickle and cheese. And then there was the taste! Don’t know what species of fish they serve but hope I never catch one when fishing. Even the fries were a mixture of lukewarm and cool.
Don’t think there was a manager on duty. Service was mediocre when it is normally excellent.
Hope this was a one off, will give them one more try. Just never the fish!

Freddy’s has delicious burgers but forget about the drive-thru… The fries are always dry and old.. you got to go in and ask them nicely to cook more because they like to scoop them out from the heating lamps instead of cooking them fresh and you can tell the difference.
(I haven’t gotten around to trying to shakes yet because I’m still trying to get past the French fry ordeal. )

Holy Cow Batman, I’ve lived here in Las Cruces for 5 years now and I just got around to trying Freddy’s. The only thing I can say is why did I wait so long. Absolutely Delicious. I got the Double California style w/chili and the chili was Awesome. The meat was sublime. The Onion Rings were outrageous and so many. I’m so stuffed. Thank you guys, sooo good. I’m a fan and we’ll be back for sure

We had the Smoky Bacon Cheddar Combo, with onion rings, and the Prime Rib Burger combo, with fries. They were both awesome. Josh was was very friendly and helpful.

Freddy’s has amazing burgers and fries. They get pretty busy and it can get a little noisey in there. Sometimes you might get something missing on your meal order, but I feel that happens at any restaurant. There at Freddy’s, they make sure to correct it right away. All in all, I love the food and atmosphere. All the young gentlemen working the night I went were all working hard to get orders out, they were professional and pleasant. Keep up the great job everyone!

Best burger I have ever had, hands down.
My all-time favorite.
Not a fan of the fries at.all. Too thin. Get cold instantly.
But that burger!
The turtle concrete is also very good… very sweet, but super tasty.
Service was terrific: friendly, fast, patient (we’d never been here before).
We will definitely be back!
Warning!! There is a massive hole in the entryway of the parking lot coming in from Telshor. Go SLOW & stay right.

went through the drive through jan 30th at 11 pm
after ordering at the microphone and waiting behind 2 cars for 15 minutes, being charged at the window and getting our orders missing freddys sauce, we waited another 10 minutes for them to return to the window, and multiple people passed by the window to not help, meanwhile the 2 vehichles behind me decided to leave while the 4 employees walked around inside together, until finally after honking and catching their eye i banged on the window for service, and they told me they dont have it then closed the window on me. i left to eat the food reluctnantly and besides the fries and curds being cold, there were hairs in the burger, and i was obviously sick from the whole thing. i guess thats the reason i never see lines at the place… quality is not worth in the slightest.

The burger had good seasoning, but it was half cooked inside. I’m fine with juicy burgers, but this was raw enough to be concerning. I didn’t feel comfortable eating it. Hoping this was just an off day.
