Can’t give a star for food because seems we can’t get our food… I had to go ask, or shall I say interrupt, just to get my cup for my soda. Been waiting quite awhile. Customer beside me just commented he’s been waiting like 45 minutes. I have a poor door dash guy ahead of me w patience of steel. Employees are giving no explanation. No communication… no one even coming to the counter. I would leave if I actually thought I could get a manager to give me a refund. Way too long of a wait. Do better Taco Bell. You’d think the line outside was long. But that’s not the case. There is 5 tables & we are all waiting for our food. Wth!?!

been awhile since I have went, stopped because they were always asking for me to pay more to help some fund they were doing . if you want people to donate then lower your prices and you donate too. This time I went the burrito supreme had very little meat and all the sour cream was at one end again. Top it off it was 10.00 for one burrito and a med pop. I am done going to any taco bells. Smaller portions, more money, it is not worth it to me.

Great place to eat, the food was surprisingly great, and the worker who greeted me and my family was very positive, told us to take our time, and asked questions like how’s your day. Got to sit down and enjoy and had great food. There arent dirty tables, and everything is well organized.

I had a one-off poor experience here over what likely was a misunderstanding so I’m increasing my star rating because the staff I have encountered since my poor experience have been very nice and have great energy. My order is pretty much always on-point and they’re always accommodating when I have special requests.
That being said, I’ll increase my star rating to 5-stars when they make the SAUSAGE Breakfast Crunchwrap available again for order on the app so I don’t have to place the order on the app for a Bacon Crunchwrap and then ask the person at the register to make it as a Sausage Crunchwrap plus the extra fixings… if there’s a way to make ‘Extra Grilled’ requestable for the breakfast crunchwraps then that would be pretty cool too because that Maillard reaction on the tortilla shell makes a world of difference in the textural and flavor experience 🙂

A typical Taco Bell. Service seems focused on drive through although staff was pleasant. POS self ordering kiosks are tedious at best. Food is what it is +/-. I miss the Chihuahua.

Moved over to fruitport about a year ago, and the food has gone downhill a bit. The service is always phenomenal, but the last couple months it’s about a 50/50 chance my food is gonna be cold. Today I ordered a quesadilla and it was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. I also ordered two burritos with no tomatoes and both had tomatoes on them. The Pepsi was good though.
Edit: service is still good, but the food has fallen off a cliff the last month or so. Every time I go there you can tell the food isn’t fresh, it’s been sitting there for a while. Tonight ordered the Mexican pizza meal and while the pizza was good, the tacos were ice cold, not even warm. Pepsi was still good though. The 1 star is purely for the employees, food is 0 stars
Decided to give them another shot, and was surprised to find that that have actually gotten worse. Idk why I expected anything different, but they are making the Mexican pizzas exactly like all their other items now. Big serving of beans, with the beef next to that, and roughly a third of the pizza completely empty. Do yourself a favor and never eat here.

Ordered their new chicken wings tonight (because I got them from the grand haven location a few nights ago and they were really good) and was super disappointed. They literally were 1/2 the size (if that) of the GH ones. All bone, no meat whatsoever. I have a couple rescue cats who love to sit next to me when I’m eating chicken because I share with them, and I literally didn’t even have any meat I could break off for them. Called and asked for a manager, and when they answered, they couldn’t have been more rude. She acted so utterly annoyed that I had called to let them know about this. She said “there’s nothing we can do.” And just took my name and number and said she would have another manager call me. Doubt that’ll ever happen. Guess I won’t spend $6.99 on 5 chicken bones there anymore…
