I would like to be fair in giving this review because I have ate at this location many times before and for the most part have had great customer experience. Food/customer service was never a problem. I guess it really depends who is on shift and what day you come in. Well today me and my husband came in and ordered 2 small whopper meals online order should I mention. I also ordered a milk shake for myself. So we get to drive through they were particularly busier than usual. Usually this place is a dessert with a customer or two inside or drive through. I let them know I placed my order online the man seemed a little confused which confused me I had to look at my order and make sure I was at the right location. So he then follows by telling me they have no mix for the shake and he would refund me. Okay no biggie. We get to window and on my receipt there is still the milk shake I asked the man about it
He said he didn’t know how I would get the refund. I guess just reach out to the app he says. Okay I guess no biggie so we get our food. We park in lot to eat and we open our packages for our food. I have a habit of always checking my food before I consume because you never know. Anyways I open my burger to a sloppy slimy burnt mess. I wanted to vomit. I don’t know what this was that was in my whopper but because of this I will never eat at this location. Just horrible. I even went out of my way to come to this location besides one closer to my house because of the past positive experience. But yea no more after this in photo (one whopper is mine the other is my husbands)

I see why the reviews are so low. Is the closest to my house, but the orders are always messed up. The Spanish manager is the only one that even tries to fix anything that black lady is always rude and screaming like she knows her job so well but they mess up worse when she’s there. This place will probably be closed soon and I’m sure the owners can thank her. The reviews are getting lower and lower probably why they opened three restaurants across the street. Doesn’t look like the owners read these ratings anyway. I always wondered why this place stays empty.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever gone to. The French Toast sticks were a ball of grease. I take them back and they give me more grease and an attitude. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches NO mayo because I’m allergic and they were both covered in mayo both sides of the chicken. I told them I was allergic. Luckily I always check before eating. I will never eat there again. They should be shut down.

This place is just a reminder on this is why I cook at home. Sometimes before I cook at home I will stop in get a bit to eat. Sometimes I just stop at a place to give places a rating to know how they are doing, in this case i should have kept driving. What I got was a classic chicken Wrap the chicken was no bigger then a small lighter. Was not fresh burned in cold these meals out her costing a grip these days in to get served trash that’s just insane. They don’t give a shit. The lady at the register was super rude! Asked for a large fry and she opened the door and handed me a bag and a large sprite. When I said no it was a large French fry. She said than why did you take the bag? She kept yelling at us. I said Can I talk? V I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a large fry. She said hold on. Than she put the fries in and handed me the pop. I said no we didn’t order the pop. She said just take it and closed the window. By the time I got to the express way I looked at the receipt and she charged me $3 for a large pop I didn’t order! She is very rude and should be dealt with. I’m giving you 1 star and wish I could go to zero. This was a a very mean woman.Never again…

If you want to waste 20-35 mins of your life guaranteed then this is the place to go! Also, every time you order one thing you open your bag to find another. I ordered a small whopper meal and ended up with their medium/large drink and hardly any fries. They always severely lack in customer service in the evenings and hardly ever get your order right. If they do get it right, then it’s usually old and dried out. It takes about 5 minutes to get someone on the intercom and the rest of the time is spent waiting on your food even if you’re the only customer (inside and out). The good thing is that you get to hear all the drama going on in their employees lives while you wait for your order and they stand around to gossip.

Went to pick up a mobile order Bacon on my burger was Rock hard. They had no sauce for onion rings and in the 3 mins from the speaker to the window they lost the order. The kid at the window was so dumb he could grasp the fact he kept forgetting true whole order I had to keep repeating it multiple times. This place is terrible unless your desperate for food your better off eating from a vending machine.
