Best Taco Bell Experience I’ve Ever Had
I don’t usually write reviews for fast food, but this Taco Bell genuinely deserves recognition—specifically because of Jaiden.
From the moment I walked in, Jaiden set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional experience. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely upbeat, he treated my order like it actually mattered. He was patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great suggestions without feeling rushed or robotic. You can tell immediately when someone takes pride in their work, and Jaiden absolutely does.
The order was 100% accurate, fresh, and clearly made with care. On top of that, Jaiden went out of his way to make sure everything was right before I left—something that’s surprisingly rare these days.
Great food is expected at Taco Bell, but great service isn’t—and Jaiden delivered it effortlessly. He’s the kind of employee that elevates the entire brand and keeps customers coming back.

I am writing to report a highly disappointing experience at your Allendale location. After ordering a meal with extra cheese (which I paid for), I discovered the order was incorrect. Upon going inside to request a remake, I was met with hostility.
A manager falsely claimed she watched a female employee prepare my food with “four pumps” of cheese, even though I witnessed a male employee remake it. When I asked for a side of cheese to resolve the issue, the manager was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, my friend overheard staff mocking me as she entered the store. The food I eventually received was cold, poorly wrapped, and inedible. I ultimately had to go to my local Taco Bell, where the staff kindly remade my order for free after hearing how I was treated. Must be training. Took about 7min.inside to take order.hard Taco packed in bottom of 5 burritos . Ordered 3. 2bean. 1bean no onion, nored sauce caught them making 2 cheese and onion and grilling one. They put 2 cheese and onion in bag anyway. Girls in front of us had been waiting for 10min for food. Not Taco Bell standards for sure.

I came here on 9/11/23 around 8:30pm and ordered 3 burritos, 3 spicy potato tacos, some chicken rollups, and a $5 cravings box. The 2 guys they had running the assembly line the one with the moustache looked like he was drunk and hated his life, and the guy wrapping had absolutely no idea what anything was, what bag it went in, anything. They got my order so incredibly wrong, it was the WORST thing I have ever seen. I didnt WANT to check the bag because I had already been there for 20 minutes, and if anything was wrong i knew they wouldnt be able to fix it. I figured it would be wrong, but I didnt figure it would all be be so WET that it would soak through the bottom of the bag!!!!! I had to take items that were nearly empty and move the stuff inside them to other non-wet items of other stuff i didnt order. They have me 4 cheese rollups i didnt order, 2 taco supreme i didnt order, and they missed a bunch of stuff that i DID order! Its gonna take a while for me to forget this one. This isnt even funny. This is the worst thing i have ever seen, from ANY restaurant.

Napkins, utensils and sauce are usually needed but not provided at all! No napkins no fork no straw why ask about sauce if you don’t provide it. Maybe put meat in the tacos

Depending on the workers…the experience is hit or miss. They usually get my mobile order right, 60 percent of the time. So, that’s a plus. I can happily say it’s one of the better taco bells, though they need to work on food quality more.

Food was terrible, cold. Not the first time, probably not the last. Dine in was awful, trashes full…tables not wiped down. Why? You’re supposed to take pride in your restaurant. If you don’t like your job, find another. Also, it wasn’t at all busy when I went in there so that’s not an excuse they can use. Do better please.

Worst, slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Took unbelievably long and still got half my order completely wrong. Not to mention it simply wasn’t good, 1/10 compared to other Taco Bell’s. At least the person working the window was a nice guy.

I go to this taco bell so often and I have never been treated so well. STEFAN WAS AMAZING!!! Made sure our order was correct and was very kind. We had a bit of difficult order but Stefan was very sweet and got everything correct. Taco Bell you did good with hiring him!!
