They never get the order right. Expensive items are constantly missing from online orders, and since they use third-party delivery, there is no real fix and no proper accountability. You end up paying for items you never receive. At this point, it feels criminal and like outright theft from customers. Avoid this location completely.

I am embarrassed for Taco Bell with the service and food I received tonight at the Caledonia location. I ordered a chicken taco with ranch avocado and I got a burrito with chicken I can’t even chew it is so crunchy hard, that was shoved in my hands through the window. This isn’t the first time but it’s for sure the last.

We went in and ordered waited like 30 minutes while other people that ordered behind us were getting their food. We ordered again still didn’t get our food, so then we went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long and we got ignored and glared at by every employee. We ended up leaving without any food. Terrible experience and service.

Your typical Taco Bell. However, I do believe the company has gone down and the quality of food that they have produced since I have been eating their food after a night of hardcore drinking for Uber 20 years and from what I spend there, I can easily go over to a place like Qdoba and the food is much better for the same quality of money.

I would give 0 stars, if that’s an option, the rudest people I have ever dealt with, after waiting 20 minutes in line when there was only one car in front of me. Still deciding I figured I’m not in a big hurry. No big deal. I’ll order my food order. I ordered My food and I pull up to the window, where at this time I only had a $50 bill and .84 cents. For a 10.84 cents meal. Unfortunately, not only was the lady extremely rude and looked at me like I had made a sin because I had Cash and not a card refused my service and slammed the window in my face proceeded to open it again, where I’m trying to figure out what is going on. Told me that she has no way to get cash that it’s my problem. I need to figure it out that she’s not taking my cash. Slamming the window in my face again. Manners finally approach Basically, the same thing came with an attitude. Telling me that I need to either have something smaller or a card. What is this world coming to? That is not my problem. If you’re gonna be an operating business that I have a $50 bill that’s all I had and to be so rude about it was absolutely disgusting. I’ve been in the food business. Most of my life. Never doubt was so immature. Disrespectful, people in my life would not recommend going here at all, absolutely disgusting
