I ordered tacos with extra beef when i received them they definitely seem like it didn’t have extra beef they looked like they normally do when I order from there. We told them and they said we will look into that. The guy came and said “she’s working on new ones for you”. Then a girl came up and said “they’re probably gonna look the exact same as they did before. The scoop is the same size every-time” and she said it with an attitude and didn’t let us answer her. She then gave us the food a minute later and didn’t say anything and gave us a sarcastic nasty smile. When we opened that order it had way more beef so I don’t get why the woman had an attitude when it was wrong. Picture below is the first order on left and second order on the right.

I was happy to try the new chicken strips, was given obviously old and blackened chicken, I returned them since they were not edible, I requested fresh replacements and was informed that they don’t do fresh food at the drive thru. Yes, the manager on duty who was too shamed to give her name said they don’t do fresh food at the drive thru. I’m definitely going to be following up with corporate to insure that her trifling behavior is brought to an end. I’m completely disgusted, per usual at Albion taco bell. What a consistent shame.

I spent $32.00 on dinner for my sister and I Because I rounded up. I didn’t receive my chips for my nacho supreme dip and my cinnamon twist didn’t have any cinnamon sugar on them. My salted caramel churros didn’t have any Carmel taste at all, wasn’t impressed with my dinner at all. I called Taco Bell and they said I could come back for my chips but didn’t want to get back out, since they rush you to order they should get it right. NOT GOING BACK TO THAT TACO BELL!

They were being in rude first and then I start being rude but it’s okay I’m going to have a better time and not let them get me down they can say whatever they want to but let me tell you Taco Bell don’t be rude that’s how you lose customers and another thing you could have been nicer about how the prices went up you need to change your menu when food goes up so people know I’m surprised that you got a pretty good decent rating

Long wait and when I got my food, it was cold and looked like the photo below…I asked for no tomato on top of the Mexican pizza and no tomato on the tacos…I added photos below. I paid $8.36 for this mess! Never again. This is the secondary time in a row i have been very displeased. Last time was over a month ago….DO BETTER!

Quick service friendly staff.
I originally gave them 4 stars I really don’t want to change it due to the friendliness of the staff but it seems the more money that you spend there the smaller the food portions get. The last few times that I’ve been there & ordered $50 worth of food the food quality has gone down drastically not sure if it’s a change in staff or management or just ashortage of product but quite disappointing.

Well I mean the size.. online they are as big as pretzel sticks and in person they are toddler size. This taco bell is always a disappointment no matter how long it’s been since visiting. Also the cheese on the outside is supposed to be, like crispy not just melted.
