I used to go daily for a drink before work and it was amazing. The girls working there knew me by name and could even tell when I pulled into the drive through and immediately got me to pull around. I loved it. Then this new girl started working mornings and it went downhill, drinks didn’t have enough ice, if i ordered extra ice there was practically no drink. It took absolutely forever to get my drink and she always tried to give me the wrong one. This was over a year ago and i thought i might try again, but this girl is STILL THERE AND STILL TERRIBLE. How hard is it to make one drink when there’s practically no one there?

Unfortunately probably the worst sonic i’ve ever been to. The food is always cooked terribly. pretzels hard and burnt, i don’t even know what was going on with my onion rings but they were horrible. was really hoping for better since its next to base 🙁

My break is only 30 minutes. I ordered tots cheese and bacon and peppers and a small drink. Waited over 21 mins and still no food. Was at the walk up window. Lady came out to ask me for my order again because nobody was working on it. Sad. Just for tots and a drink

The a.m. shift crew leader name we forgot wife and first time meeting him was last weekend. He was extremely polite, observant and attentive. The next morning went returned flushed and a little b.b.. Said “what we had yesterday”. He remembered the complete order in detail. Checking on us between receiving, bagging and car Hooper.

Ordered these & they came out watery. We tried it and it wasn’t right. As we sipped it a smell hit my nose. It was spoiled and not made right! Those $1.99 shakes DO NOT buy. My husband and kids are now sick by a sip. Not to mention when we took it back for a refund they didn’t apologize didn’t ask if they could solve it or nothing!!!! Customer service sucks and we will not be returning!!!!!!!

Although the people are nice and kind with their words they are so slow. I literally believe this is the slowest location I have ever visited. Once I was just trying to get a large drink and after waiting over 10 minutes maybe 15 I don’t believe I’m that thirsty anymore I’ll find something else yeah thanks. Only seems to be like one good check that works there she’s really nice and she does her job well it seems. Most of the people at this location are dudes one of them doesn’t look very clean and kind of smells funny. They always want to keep your change with a look like I wonder if they’re just going to tell me to keep it no I want my change I got 3 beginning kids that always want my change why would I give it to you stranger.

Great service. I forgot the gentleman man on the day shift during rush hours 4pm (long hair Hispanic I think) he was outside literally running to get the orders out.. I appreciated that. Waited 20 minutes for Banana Milkshake. The person beside me pulled up after me and left before me. And had ordered two whole meals. When my milkshake came out, it was like hot milk. It was completely melted and warm. And they did nothing to compensate. Also, cherry was, I guess, removed from the milkshake when I got it.

I had 2 doordash orders to pick up. I pulled up to a stall and they said I had to get in the long drive thru line. I was in line 20-30 mins before reaching the windows. I also ordered 2 drinks. I gave tge guy my money for the 2 drinks and he didn’t know how much change he owed me. So I told him. I also told him again when I pulled up I had 2 doordash orders. After he gave me my money from my order he said… u have food too? So I said again that I had 2 orders. I waited he came back and said was it for this address? I replied yes. And told him the names again for the 3rd time. Now I been in line for 20-30 mins already and sat at tge windows for 10-15 more mins. He came back and asked me what tge names was again…I told him.. and he still looked clueless… I had to cancel my orders and it cost me $15.
