Today I waited so long for a $7 Luxe box and nacho fries. I got here around 11:40pm and I’m still here at 12:11am. Very frustrated and annoyed… no one told me why the wait is so long they just have me waiting! Also got a large drink instead of a medium for the wait. Also got some free taco coupons but it expired 12/31/25 and were in 2026…

The North Main St Taco Bell in Adrian is potentially the best Taco Bell I have been to. Each time I go, the ingredients are fresh and the food is made to look like the advertisements, which is not the case at many other establishments. The staff are friendly and efficient and clearly care about the customer experience.

Every time I come to this taco bell im in line for 40 minutes. Worst service in the world and it seems to be on the same managers shift every time. Three cars in the drive through and I have currently been sitting here a half hour.

Pricey. Ordered my favorite Taco Bell item Mexican pizza but, was disappointed for the third time. The flavor was not what it used to be. Don’t know if it the type of shell they use but does not taste like Taco Bells previous Mexican pizza. I’m sadly disappointed ☹️

I will be speaking to a manager. The worker who took my order was extremely rude, was even rude to customers inside that I witnessed this happen, along with being rude to her co workers. Rude is putting it nicely. If you hate your job find a new one, plenty places are hiring. Absolutely ridiculous.

If zero stars was an option, I’d give it zero.
I ordered a couple stackers and not one spec of meat was on them. Even better, the cheese (which was the only thing on there.) wasn’t even melted. One last thing, it took 25 minutes to get my food.

Typically I’m not one to make bad reviews, but my experience today was very bad. My online order was made about 5 minutes prior to picking up, so I had not expected it to be ready. Started by going through the drive thru where I was told they didn’t have the order; whatever technical issues so I head inside to show the confirmation. I’m informed they found it and it will be out shortly. After watching about 7 people come and get their food and 30 minutes later I ask about mine. They send the manager over who presses some buttons and then they start working on my order. In total I was there 50 minutes and told “sorry about the wait”, but not offered any reimbursement. Later, I found some of the food was not correct. Overall, just not a great experience. Hopefully no one else has this problem.

Foods always correct and when we go we order a lot. Most the time fast once in awhile they are swamped. Suggest for a quick meal with correct orders.
