Food was decent, as expected from a chain. We planned to stop in for a quick snack on our way through town. We ended up waiting 10 mins for a grilled chicken sandwich so we walked the dog while we waited.
Beware of the bathrooms. Very poorly kept. We stopped at 3pm in the afternoon, i was shocked. Especially as they were not busy. A definitely lack of care.
Not many options in this town, unfortunate they do not have a manager on site looking after the place and making sure certain things get accomplished.
If you don’t like salty food, this isn’t the place for you. Drive through was a bit slow but service was friendly.

I stopped here to get a bite to eat before I had to head to Durham. I ordered the bo- bites (my favorite) and was ready to hit the highway but something told me to check my food! I’m glad I did! I had ordered 2 bo bites meals and they were not edible at all! Fries were mushy! I went inside because I ordered at drive thru and Tyneisha assisted me! She looked like what did I order, like why did they even bother to send the food out! It was a mess! She was very helpful and made sure I had fresh food. As we all know bo bites are a hit! I appreciate her politeness because no one wants to work in fast food and some people can have attitudes but not here! She was very jolly and engaging with her coworkers and other customers that came in the store. We need her in a lot of places! Thank you Tyneisha!

I went through the drive thru today and ordered a small dirty rice, once I received my food i went to eat it and found a DEAD BUG in my food. Absolutely disgusted and makes you wonder how unsanitary the place is.

We ordered curbside and sat there for over 30minutes waiting AFTER we pushed the in app button alerting them we were there. We watched employees look at our car repeatedly, even go outside, and back in. I checked I pressed curbside and I did. Went inside and the employees claimed we need to go inside and tell them we were here. That’s not how curbside works. Had to go back in as well since they forgot multiple parts of our order. Mind you it wasn’t late(7:30PM) and while it is getting colder it’s not an excuse to not provide a service you’re still allowing guests to choose via the app. Food is what is expected. Service is way below standards. Management should be extremely disappointed.

Went to the drive thru. Placed my order and got to the window and was told at 12:30 they have nothing but chicken supremes no other chicken and then no rice. Seriously? It’s noon and there’s nothing ready or was it because no inventory. Regardless I should’ve been told at the ordering screen. I wouldn’t have waited in line for so long. On top of that the older dark skinned lady at the window was not friendly. Do better.

Just went in to get some supper tonight at this establishment and went in and got to the counter and it was around 7:15 pm and had no-one at the register and the line looked as though they were closing down for the night. Just unacceptable will have to say not a good look but it seems to be the norm for here after reading a lot of the reviews

We frequent Bojangles lot, one of our favorite fast food chains if we have to eat fast food. This was the worst Bojangles I have ever stepped foot in, but there were no other options in this town for miles around. We walked in and mildew hit you in the face like it was so bad it smelt like the property had flooded And when we looked over at the drink machine, there was an open drain with water dripping into it did not even have a cover on it and mold growing in there, so there was the problem with the huge odor in the entire restaurant. The counter over near the drink machine had spills of sticky stuff all over it, and there was one girl trying to mop floors wait on people walking in the door Fill orders, etc., and one girl at the drive-through . Although the one girl doing all these tasks was very friendly and had a great attitude. She said her manager failed to show up that day. It took forever to get our food 10 minutes because we had to wait for the chicken to cook. I thought that was weird then three different people seasoned the french fries so they were overloaded with seasoning. We were starving trying to get back on the road. We suffered through it halfway through the day both me and my husband spent the rest of the time in the bathroom so I don’t know if we got food poisoning or what but I would warn people drive the extra miles before you eat it this place. It was a joke When we left around 11:30. There was such a long line of people coming in the door and that one girl just trying to wait on everybody that place needs some management for sure.

This store is clearly cared for. Fall decorations everywhere and it smelled like pumpkin pie. Betsy took our order and made my night, she was so sweet. The food was fresh and delicious!
