What a terrible restaurant! They told us that it would be ten minutes to get a grilled chicken sandwich. We never got it. We also had to wait for a biscuit. The cashier was rather glum and never smiled. There was another customer who angrily complained that his order was mixed up and he was missing items. The bathroom was filthy. We were tired of waiting, gave up and went to the nearby McDonalds- they were fast and friendly (and the bathroom was immaculate). I will avoid Bojangles in the future.

This location is VERYYYY SLOW.. I went there twice this week. The 1st time it took them 10 minutes to take my order and then I waited another 10 minutes for my food. The 2nd time I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes and I just left. This is ridiculous! & they are always out of something.. either hot sauce or dirty rice! This location needs better structure and better employees!

Food was fine. The restaurant itself was dirty. The service area where the tea/sodas were, was awful. No straws, hardly any cup lids. There was no unsweetened tea or a container. Spills everywhere. The restaurant was not busy.

Wanted in the drive thru line for 25 mins with only 2 cars in front of us for our breakfast my wife and daughter were late for work and school. Had us thinking maybe they had to go kill the chicken! Ridiculous, then when we were waiting at the window what I can only assume was the a manager was standing around complaining about upset customers and other past unimportant subjects, in his catty Suger tank way. Normal my experience with lgbtq+ peeps are extremely good at customer service but this guy not only gave the group a bad name he brings down the entire human race .
