My boyfriend used to work fast food definitely not a Karen definitely always give fast food workers benefit of the doubt….1st and last time at this taco bell we will go to the 2 others never have problems there…..had to wait 15+ minutes for food didn’t have cheese for our nachos n cheese didn’t have the sauce for my boyfriends burritos…had 2 wait twice with or 6 people working there to get the cup and go back to get cheese patiently just wait probably 5 minutes a piece for 2 things that should of came with meal in the 1st place people that ordered behind us same problem had to wait at the counter for nearly 5 minutes because they also forgot orders of theirs never had this problem at the other established also had to pay cash instead of using our gift card “their system isn’t set up yet” another customer behind us had also the same problem I didn’t make a scene just find it ridiculous with 5 people working to not be able to take 2 seconds to get our stuff we ordered in the 1st place anyways will be going to the other Taco Bells in town instead of this establishment.

So I’m not usually the type of person to leave bad reviews but this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve doordashed from here and nothing is made as it was ordered, I can’t have any dairy so I make sure I add dairy allergy or I order without the cheese n stuff but apparently it’s hard to read your screens! I work in the food industry and know even when it’s swamped to pay attention to tickets so you don’t have pissed off customers! Read ya damn tickets peeps! Please and thank you!

We went in to order and dine in, ordered on kiosk and picked dine in. We then waited 30 mins for a fiesta potato and 3 burritos. When we started eating yhe cruspy chicken burrito was disgusting, the chicken was not edible as it was over done to the point of not meat all crisp. Seriously for revamping and reopening you would have thought a new team would have happened. We will never be back to this taco bell! Worst I’ve been to. Been open less that 3 months and its unsanitary and disgusting in there.

After paying for my order & another person’s order, I received the wrong order. I called back to see if I could have the correct food that was paid for. Went back in to have my order forgotten and then received my correct order that was clearly thrown in the bag. The manager, instead of helping me and other customers waiting, ignored everyone, did not help and just sat at the front door with the door open waiting for the mess to be over. Lack of responsibility from the manager and horrible service. Needs to be improved before I will go back to this location.

I went up here to get food then when asked about my order I said I need a minute the girl Sammie told me I only had 30 seconds the agm Eric laughed when I said what n then told me nothing then I placed my order the agm gave me my order after waiting in the drive thru for it then wasnt gonna give me napkins I had to honk my horn after he shut the windows to get napkins and then when I arrived home realized I was missing my nacho bell grande went back up their spoke to Eric the agm told him he forgot my food and then Sammie came to the windows I said funny I only have 60 seconds to order but yet I have to drive back up here to get the rest of my food I got a sarcastic sorry I think this place is a joke the staff have no customer service skills nor have any care especially late at night versa if u see this u need to have a serious talk with ir staff this is so unprofessional they think its a joke and have no care of how they treat their consumer or the service they provide I would hope since this store was just rebuilt and ur trying to get costumers back that the staff would care but definitely not I would have rather went to ganson st and atheist been treated like a human being I hope that u look into this and people are reprimanded properly this is no way to run a restaurant

I’ve been patient for a while. Quesadillas not cut all the way, missing ingredients, here and there. But God forbid a burrito cannot be rolled for the life of tacobell . I can’t “LIV MAS” with a burrito falling half a part on my lap.

These employees did the bare minimum as per usual and gave me a chalupa with literally 85 percent lettuce and cheese and THE REST CHICKEN.

Don’t waste your money at this place or taco bell.
I use to love taco bell, now it’s really turned into the “fast food” statistic, where absolutely nothing is done right
Yall think you’re annoyed with the customers? Well I have a harsh truth for you coming from someone who’s worked in fast food, I’m not here to ruin anything or hurt anybody feelings, I’m not being a Karen.
I’m just tired of the fact that yall are the most notorious for getting things wrong or making people pay for things that are half asked or NOT WHAT THEY PAID FOR
CORRECT YOURSELF.

Got pulled into a road rage incident in the drive thru cause I pulled in behind someone. They started raging at me screaming why was I following them, I yelled back I just wanted Quesadillas.
The quesadillas ended up being fire. Worth being momentarily scared for my safety.
