We got a chicken quesadilla, cheesy gordita crunch & 2 cheese roll ups and none of it had any cheese on it but like maybe 5 single pieces, I had to put cheese on I had at home for the roll up, the cheesy gordita crunch was unedible it had no lettuce, cheese and it was soggy (we live 4 mins away) , the quesadilla had no sauce or cheese. We called they told us we can’t get a refund and that they did the proper portion sizes. Will definitely not ever be going back. I wasn’t expecting perfect food but at least make the food edible.

I just went to Taco Bell here in Edwardsburg and it was great! We ordered a couple of Mexican pizza’s and a cantina bowl. They were well made and good portion size. Sometimes it’s a little iffy there but the crew today at 5 were on point. Very nice and polite service as well. Good job!

One of the worst Taco Bell’s as far as consistency in their food preparation! This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve had similar experiences! Cold food, non heated brittle tortillas, sauces only in one end! This $h!t is disgusting!!!

The food is very nasty.The hard shells are stale.Chalupas are like bricks , very old , and it seems like the kids Rather be on their phones. And gossip, then worrying about the job that they’re being paid to do, these kids have to have some kind of common sense. If you’re not going to eat that garbage, don’t serve it, that is a rip-off to us. People that go out and work hard for our money to wanna eat dinner, then have to eat these kids as garbage because they don’t care about people.

Tables were dirty. Taco was given to me and it was in three pieces. people sucked. The quesadilla was packaged poorly and hit the ground. They wouldn’t remake it so we left unfilled and unhappy…. I usually love Taco bell but this one sucks so bad!!!

WORST TACO BELL EVER!! They no longer take orders at the counter. They force you to use their kiosk and the order is wrong EVERY TIME!! God forbid you would have a ‘special order’ that the kiosk can’t comprehend!! Would be much easier to talk to a person. Try to maneuver a special order on kiosk (10 minutes). Wait for order (12 minutes). Order is WRONG (big surprise). Wait another 10 minutes for correct order after you have to explain it to a person. Just think of all the time you could save ordering through a person in the first place!! Never going back there. All other Taco Bells offer the option: Counter or Kiosk!! This will be a good thing to report to Corporate!!

Oh, Taco Bell. I’d love to leave a great review. Sadly, everything about my experiences have led me to the 1 star you earned. The food hardly has any filling, the time waiting in drive through is ridiculous, and staff could care less. If the food looks like the pictures? Keep the prices. But if you’re determined to make every item like you accidentally spilled ingredients on/in them, lower the prices less than half to reflect what you are “proud” to sell. Sad.

Well if I was the owner I would be concerned. The reviews are correct, in consistent on the food, the heat, the amount of ingredients and it’s just messy. Just got a burrito supreme and it was almost $5.00 for one item, 2 weeks ago got one and it was good, heavy, large and full of ingredients. Wanted to go back to have the same experience and Burrito supreme for the price should be full and large. So when they gave me the bag at the drive through it was light, almost didn’t even feel if anything was in the bag. I should have turned around at that point and went back, had to get somewhere, so I opened it up and sure enough it was a joke of $5.00. There was no beef just about, no tomatoes at all, no sour cream, and a little beans at the end of the burrito it was all soft shell pretty much. I tried to support local food places but this is it. Won’t even go back ever! See photo. The burrito was smaller than my hand and it was so thin it was like a taco. $5.00 wasted was barely warm, and no ingredients. Have a nice day and eat this of losing a customer for ever. I can get a nice Big Mac, a block
