I don’t normally write reviews, but this Taco Bell is the GOAT. Just hear me out. I drive an hour each way once a month to uh, re up on herbal medicine for my mom’s cancer treatment, but honestly? This place is the real destination. Back in Fort Wayne, every location is a disaster. Like they act like the sauce is coming out of their own paycheck. You pay for extra and get the standard amount if you’re lucky. But this crew? They are NEVER stingy. This crew makes tacos how fast food used to be pre recession. I spend 29 days a month counting down the days until my mom runs out of medicine just so I can justify the drive back here! This is her happily sipping her Pepsi ♥️♥️♥️

Just finished our dinner from here and was pleasantly surprised. This was the best Taco Bell we’ve in a LONG time. It was comparable to the quality of the 90’s and 2000’s, and that’s a big compliment considering all fast food places have gone up in price and down in quality. The guy at the window gave friendly service as well. Thank you!

About around 1:40 AM today I went out to Taco Bell on my E scooter and I asked nicely if I could get a meal and this lady through the drive-through start yelling at me saying that she has told me several times not to come up there on my E scooter Which I have never seen her before until now. She was very rude. Hopefully, the boss of her will have a talk with her, not to be rude to customers I don’t appreciate people yelling and screaming at me like she did. It was rude and unprofessional.

The only good thing about our order was the amount of mild sauce they gave us. Our food was cold, and not even filled a decent amount. Barely at all honestly. The nacho fries had no seasoning on them, and the cheese was cold and nasty. I was also missing some food also. Can certainly say I won’t be back.

Ignored us, then had an attitude with us, then proceeded to say their card reader wasn’t working just to get out of actually serving us. The girl at the speaker immediately had an attitude right off rip and interrupted us as we were trying to tell her we were waiting on them to take our order. Refused to serve us because of “attitude” but continued to talk over us when we tried to explain that we weren’t at the speaker and didn’t hear them say anything when we did make it up there to order.

Extremely disappointed. Got the chicken rollups and they were crispy crispy. Had to break pff the ends to eat the center. My chalupa wrapper was wet and when I opened it , the shell was soggy. The lettuce was either very wet or somebody set it/spilt water on it. Did not eat it. The price of everything is going up. Take some pride in what your passing off. Customers are they ones that allow you to get a paycheck.
