Seriously..this is a large fry. Half empty stuffed with cold packets of ketchup everyone’s had there hands on. And nothing in the bottom of the bag! Come on. Just ridiculous haven’t even made it home yet. Can’t wait find the rest of my surprise food or lack there of.
Well I got home, my sandwich was made wrong, what you said NO BBQ sauce, here let me add xtra to yours, no cheese on the cheddar roast beef. Huh? Not a good day today at Arby’s!

Ordered two double roast beef meals, and holy buckets there was barely any roast beef on either sandwich. Want to know how the ordering went in the drive through? Whoever was attending it just said “What you want?” At the window, not a single word at all from the staff. Oh, and cold pieces of fries, no curls whatsoever.

One star as I walked into the building as its open at 630pm, I was informed by an employee they aren’t taking orders inside just in the drive though. This doesn’t make sense to me. The employee said they don’t have anyone to ring up customers on the front counter or anyone for the lobby. Again this doesn’t make sense. Lock your door if your lobby isnt open. Now im just turned off and will go somewhere else I suppose.

We have spent nearly 20 minutes waiting in the drive through at 11:41 January 19/20 2026z There were people dancing and shouting in the building clearly not doing their job. Extremely upset as this Arby’s was the only one open after my shift at work. They were screwing off around and not taking our order at all. Telling us it would be a moment. Finally getting our order taken EXTREMELY displeased with this entire interaction. By the time we were out it was12:07 am. My sister confronted them asking why they were taking so long and they replied in an extremely rude tone “I have the flu, took some pills and whatever” hORRIBLE!!!

What happened to customer is always right, I am on a health journey and turkey is better for you than anything else on the menu.

So I ordered a roast beef sub turkey and they said they were not able to do that, so I decided not to eat and Leave your establishment. You have turkey on the menu why can’t you put it on a bun, kinda crappy. When I have done it in the past. Rude customer service

We go to Arby’s when we see ads that look delicious. They are never as advertised. Many disappointments but the latest was the turkey gobbler sandwich. It was tasty but was missing the crispy onion rings that were supposed to be on it. Many other specials that were not as advertised, too many to list. Do they not train employees? Won’t go there anymore.

When you order 5 tenders and only get 4. I put in a complaint online. Very easy order. Didn’t count until I got home. That’s the way Arbys rolls these days I guess. Not the first time mind you (just first time I complain about it).

Only 3 people on staff to handle the dinner rush. I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss, and they gave it to me without the chicken.

The drive-thru attendant seemed annoyed when I asked for sauces and came across as generally unfriendly. I try to be polite when ordering, but the sighs, dismissive “go up there” when I didn’t move right away (because I didn’t hear him clearly), and the sarcastic “so you want sauces” with an eye roll and smirk made the interaction unpleasant.

Please understand that disabilities exist, and sometimes customers need to ask questions or take an extra moment to process instructions. Rushing someone with repeated “is that it then?” in a sharp tone is discouraging and disrespectful. Everyone has off days, but kindness and patience go a long way—especially in customer service.

Other than that, the food was good but I probably won’t go back to this location until they improve their behavior?
