Marshall is a small city so I’d expect Taco Bell to be decent. Today I ordered a Catina Chicken bowl and they advertise 2X the chicken. I asked if I had to request the double chicken and I was told no so i proceeded with my order. I get my food and low and behold I barely have any chicken at all. These workers also know the receipt allows a survey and I wasn’t given a receipt either so I cant do a taco bell survey. So here it is. Do better Taco Bell. I mean come on….. you are much richer than your consumers so at least play fair.

After staying away from Taco Bell for years, and we finally decide to go back we’ve only had two correct orders. When confronting them about a wrong order, the manager had the nerve to tell me it wasn’t their fault my order was made wrong.

Absolutely rude staff. Talking absolutely rude when taking order. Didn’t like being called out on it so lied saying they were out of what I ordered. Disgusting when management protects their employees when they are the ones out of line. I never post reviews. Worked in service industry. Never experienced something like this.

Used to work here a long time ago so It made me a bit upset when I didn’t get two $4 tacos I ordered in my bag after waiting nearly 20 minutes for 6 items when they were not busy and had full staff. They have dropped the ball at this location clearly. Nachos were too soggy and the tacos had barely a sprinkle of cheese and sour cream. Very unhappy with this location.

If there are any real deals the cheap franchise owners will take it off the menu. Why can I get my normal meal in Coldwater but not here in marshall?? The owner felt poor as a kid so has to feel greedy as an adult apparently.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The portion sizes weren’t consistent. I felt like I got cheated. Mine was a lot more sparse compared to my wife’s. Although it was tasty.

I’ve never seen a worse Taco Bell location in my life. If you’re planning to go there after 10 PM, just know that almost everything is already out of stock. I’m not sure who is in charge of planning at this branch, but the managers seriously need to fix things. Also, they don’t serve the food in the proper portion sizes. This experience specifically applies to the evening and late-night hours.
