Was really pumped to have this place open so close, but to be frank, the place kinda sucks. The staff aren’t bad, and it’s always clean. Unfortunately that’s where the good stops. They can’t seem to get an order right and the soft shells are always rock hard. Also there’s no menu inside, what’s up with that? Service sucks and after paying for extra toppings it looks like they added less than what would come on a regular. Food doesn’t taste the best and had to stand at the register for over 15 minutes before anyone acts like your there.

Taco bell put a lot of money into a building and nothing else. I was so excited for them to come but the food is so disgusting it isnt edible. Taco bell is one of my favorites but, this location needs training, consistency, and someone who actually cares to get it up to par. Its embarrassing honestly.

Went through the drive thru received horrible customer service while having my order taken as well as when I was receiving my order. Called the restaurant to tell them my food was horrible. The response from the shift manager was “ that’s what everyone is saying.” I don’t know what you want me to do. Then proceed to hang up on me. I called back the manager then set the phone down and didn’t respond to anything I was saying . TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Service was good!! My chalupa shells were really stale to the point we almost couldn’t bite thru them. The drinks were warm ,I watched the kid put ice in the cups but was gone before it hit the truck so maybe hot pop before it hits the machine? So for $23.68 we dumped the pops and didn’t finish the chalupas.

Untrained staff? I thought they would have a regular regimen of ingredients. Not if you go here. Odd combinations and wrong orders. It’s almost like they’re making it up as they go, very amateurish. We won’t be back to this Taco Bell anytime soon. They need to figure out what the hell they’re doing.

To the owner, please train your employees how to operate your point of sale. They do not know how to manually enter a credit, debit or gift card. With gift cards, now being made out of paper and being able to damage. So easily, the card reader would not take it. Food is top notch!
