everything here is always awful, i am never one to make a review even but i don’t understand how one place can mess up so much. every time i visit, my food is extremely awful. its either super hot or very cold, all the sour cream is shoved into a corner for one single bite, there is never seasoning on the nacho fries or any item for that matter. i’ve tried to come here again and again hoping it was one bad experience but ive started driving longer just to get decent quality taco bell because of this locations consistency to mess up orders. it is almost baffling how bad they do every single time, it literally feels like it takes effort to be this bad at something. the amount of times i’ve had burnt food or something missing that it already comes with is shocking. do better. i wish i could give 0 stars

I stopped in Taco Bell while traveling for a quick bite, but ended up walking out to dine elsewhere. When I walked in to order, I was directed to a large touch screen to place my order. I had to scroll through several long pages and sub-pages of menu attempting to find some tacos and a drink. After three minutes or more, I gave up and asked the person at the counter if I could simply place my order without having to use their “gadget”. The person at the counter literally walked away and ignored me. I will never bother going to Taco Bell again. They can keep their AI menu and lousy fast food.

This place has entirely let me down every-time and tonight was my last night. I am extremely dissatisfied.

The order took a minute because the guy may have been new on the cash register. Then when we arrive at the window, we get handed the bag of food, and he looks at me like I’m all done. When we haven’t been given our drinks. The screen is literally right in front of you. I don’t blame this young man, maybe he’s under pressure, maybe he’s new…

Now every-time I’ve visited my order has been missing food. And every time we have them put sauce on the order because the first several times we went they did that. They forgot the sauce too, not just messing up the food and forgetting drinks.

These people are clearly stoned which is fine, but please for the love of God would somebody train people properly so that they are comfortable doing there job.

I don’t blame the young man that messed my order, I blame management not making sure they’re employees are comfortable at the cash register. Taco Bell has been a thriving fast food company for years. Yaw gotta represent the brand more properly.

And look at the reciept is says we spent $8.14 . When we spent $24. And we have more than what’s listed.

So what they did was charge us full price but not put it in the register? So $15+ was stolen from your company?

It was lunch time so the wait is understandable, but food was terrible. Quesadilla wasn’t cooked enough so it was falling apart, soft taco just tasted horrible. Weird taste to the beef, and lettuce. Absolute waste of money smh

Y’all are lucky I’m not a mystery shopper today. For the kitchen to verbally and out loud, throw a fit about grilling my tacos without the nasty cheese on the outside…SMH
Rest assured, I will not be back to this location.

This taco bell is horrible. Everytime I go here i receive items that are so much smaller than they used to be. I believe it’s the owner and manager that train there employees to make items this way. I go to other locations and my items are made the way i always knew taco bell. This store gives a bad reputation to taco bell. I don’t even want to know what it looks like in the kitchen. I bought 2 items grilled they did not come grilled & 2 waters i never received. I bought a nacho fry and when asked for another cheese sauce they said an extra dollar and change but when you ask for a couple extra sauces packets this is what you get???? Like 3 pounds of diablo sauce for 2 burritos????

Reluctantly they remade the food when I came back today.
