I get online here all the time. Tonight I ordered and pulled in to eat after my stressful shift. I ordered double steak and got halfway through my burrito with not a bite of meat. I pushed past my stress and anxiety to speak up and ask for a remake, pulled back through, waited my turn, explained, and the lady challenged me. She said she put two scoops in and accusingly asked me if i threw it away. I hadn’t, but I’m not going to fight this lady about a burrito, and certainly not when I’m already stressed and exhausted. I told her I’d just pull through. There was one car in front of me and they didn’t have them pull to the front so i could leave. I couldn’t eat anymore because I was so stressed and frustrated so now I’m sitting here writing this. Just remake the burrito next time, not cool guys. Everyone else I have ever had take my order before has been wonderful, but today i wasted 15 bucks, 20 minutes, and basically got spit on for my troubles.

leilani is so kind and very sweet working the drive thru, she always gives me the best service 10/10!! i get out of work late and always look forward to seeing her because she always gives me a great experience and the food is always amazing!! never have had an issue here and if anything, leilani needs a raise for being so so kind and caring!! most fast food workers hate even being bothered but leilani always gives me the best service!!❤️

My visit was fine but the whole kiosk thing sucks. I want to pay cash for my food, and when I put it in on the kiosk that I’ll pay at the register that seems to throw everybody off. I’d like to just order from a human.

It’s crazy how you’re supposed to be professional yet managers are hiding in the back talking bad in the customers in side shows the type of atmosphere here at this store. No one at the front counter to take orders, use the kiosk and still make the food wrong. Lordy lordy I’ll stay going to the d-19 location even though this location is closer. Poor workers and poor service. Do better considering you’re being paid 16+ an hour
