I’ve been to noodles & company in Wausau too many times to count and I have also ordered through Uber eats. I absolutely love their food. I was never very impressed with the service I received in house until this last week when I stopped in. I wish I could remember her name because she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she friendly and patient, but I had a huge order and everything was as I asked for. I’ve noted that the size and the amount of shrimp has gone down over the years. Because I order a lot of the same dishes I notice sometimes I have a lot of protein and sometimes very little. I always try to be proactive and just order extra protein, usually two different types. But in that case, I feel I should have two full sizes of proteins when in fact you usually end up getting half of each. There have been other inconsistencies such as not getting any of one ingredient or when you pay for extra sauce and you get less than you would normally get. But all in all, across the numerous times I’ve eaten from here, I would say I’m pretty happy. I mean who doesn’t love noodles?

I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere in this particular establishment as we always get pick up.
What I can say is that this particular location/establishment doesn’t know how to cook potstickers worth the money spent on them.
Every single time we order these they are severely undercooked if not raw.

What happened to this place? The food used to be so good. Now, you are paying a lot more for half the portion of what you used to get. My bowl was less than half full. There was maybe 3 pieces of broccoli in it. I got the Japanese pan noodles. It was pretty dry too. Its just frustrating because for the amount of money you are paying, you are better off trying to make it at home. Also, the music was so loud that we had to take our food to go. My daughter is really sensitive to loud sounds. Will not be going back.

I’ve always enjoyed Noodles and Company. Their food is pretty good, decent variety choice, and I like their desserts (rice crispie treats taste like they’re homemade)
Prices are fair, more expensive than McDonald’s of course, but not drastically. I think it’s fair, considering its healthier and fresher food.
The restaurants are clean and set up nicely. The employees are usually young kids that are playing, goofing around etc. One girl whom took my order (over the phone) a few weeks ago, was quite snobby. But she was young so I let it slide and continue to eat at Noodles n Co. and still give a good review!

I dont normally come out to wausau but we were hungry. They got my sons order wrong but they immediately fixed it and got the correct food. My mac and cheese was good but the noodles were hard and they gave me a small instead of a regular at this point im hungry so I didn’t bother to correct it. Staff was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell your employees to WASH THEIR HANDS! I’m disgusted and utterly sickened. 3 bites in and I found a pube in my noodles. Utterly disgusting. Threw up immediately. Although a refund was issued, I’m sure nobody wants a little extra flavor to their noodles this way.

It tastes as good as all Noodles and Co taste, but what’s with this? I know I ordered their “small” option, but am I wrong for at least expecting it to cover the bottom? My partner’s regular sized order was practically over flowing! Very disappointing. $7.50+tax for eight pieces of tortellini. Does that mean getting the regular size for an extra $1.75 would’ve gotten me a whopping two more pieces?

I’d like to shout out the wonderful employees at noodles & company. I arrived in the middle of a busy lunch rush today, and was greeted by three different employees. My food came out quick and tasted wonderful, and The sweet lady at the register taking my order even complimented me on my crystal necklace. I haven’t received this good of service during a busy lunch rush in a long time. Great job noodles and company employees, keep up the good work!
