This location deserves commendation and a round of applause, at least during early lunch when I go. I always have the same order I put in on the app and pick up at the drive through; it has a lot of modifications. My order has never been wrong once and has always been fresh, hot and speedy. I can’t speak for what happens at this location after 12:00 noon, but 11:00 AM on Fridays they are on point.

While we didn’t enter the building, the drive through environment was consistent with other Taco Bell experiences. (See video) More than once, we have found that we weren’t charged for a drink or a food item, and we count that as good luck!
This visit, we ordered a Baja Blast, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and a veggie power bowl. Everything was just as expected, except for the veggie power bowl, which was MUCH better than expected – it even had a dollop of guac on it, which was something that I had no idea Taco Bell even carried.
If you enjoy Taco Bell, come to Taco Bell. If you don’t, remember that this is Taco Bell.

They were going to close at 2 different locations within a half hour of me going there but wouldn’t take the time to make some nacho fries. One location said No they just couldn’t sell them to me. While the other location did not even give me half of their container for the fries full and never said a word just sent them out like it was a full normal order. I paid for them though and not just half of them either full price. So I made my husband go back through the drive thru so I can tell them that this is ridiculous. Anyway all they could say as well sorry we close soon. So what make more, you are open now… Laziness of this world now never ceases to amaze me anymore..

Honestly I hate this location, and it sucks because I love Taco Bell. As someone who works in the fast food industry I can’t stand how their employees treat customers. You order your food, typically on the kiosk (which I do prefer) but there is never anyone who’s even remotely attentive to their dine-in/ carry out customers. You aren’t greeted when you come into the lobby, you’ll stand there for 3 minutes before you can even get the attention of someone to grab you your drink cup. Half the time they aren’t even aware of what drink you’ve even gotten (ie; freeze flavor, cup size, etc), like I know my order is back there somewhere . Tonight the girl who handed me my order literally tossed it down on the counter before walking away. Get home and look at my chips and only found crumbs.
A time prior to this I waited 20+ minutes for my order and as they were a bit busy I was very patient. As I said I work in the food service industry I get it, I don’t like to be that customer. Finally I go up to the counter to check on my order only to find that it wasn’t even started. The grill crew started bickering about the order not being started. And I wasn’t even issues an apology for the delay.
The store is always a mess. Trash overflowing in lobby, food all over the floor behind the counter. Such a sad location, that could benefit from better management and better customer service. Will just make the trip to Mt Pleasant in the future ♀️

The manager is rude. The employee’s are rude. They ignore the customers. They treat Door Dashers like crap. I will never ever step back in this store again. I was just picking up someone’s order and got treated like crap and they threatened to call the cops. What a way to run abusiness. The Taco Bell in IthacaMi is way better.

Very disappointed with Alma Taco Bell. Do not recommend eating there. Hot sauce packets I received with my Drive thru order was all stuck together with gross looking sticky stuff all over them. Cluster of 10-12 packets stuck together, ended up throwing them away. Nacho Bell Grande was very sloppy put together, cheese sauce, chips stuck all over where lids snaps on.Not attractive at all. Soft taco had grease running out of both ends and soaked thru/ ran out into paper bag order came in.
