everytime we come here they get most of the order wrong and if they cant refund something (that they ran out of) they dont even try to replace it with something of the same price. they find something cheaper than what you spent and give you that and claim its all they can do. we came today and the quesadilla was super thin (few ingredients) and they didnt give us a supreme taco (upcharged for it anyway) this place used to be better but idk what happened. management is great but the employees treat you like you’re the problem when THEY mess up. when i brought up mistakes they caught the attention of other workers in line, pointed at us, and laughed. unprofessional and disrespectful. get it together, please.

Like typical Taco Bell Fashion, they got our order wrong. Wasn’t worth the hassle.of getting it corrected. I swear the employees don’t read the screen after they see the menu item for any substitutions or changes. Food overall was ok. Good value for you buck overall.

Customer service where? Food where? You miss half of your order call in to tell them, they speak to you stupid, and of course make themselves look like they deserve that $15/hr. The worst customer service. Manager Dom was awful, and to the girl that didn’t wanna speak up enough to tell me your name, you’re right behind him. If you don’t like your job you might wanna find something else or make the best of what you got ♀️

Beware… I ordered some bean burritos no onion PLUS sour cream. I trust that you would do what the customer asks sense we are paying a LOT for the sour cream added on. (Over 3+ dollars extra for 6 burritos.) BUT, nope. Some had sour cream and some had none. This is not ok. You need to stop robbing people. We pay you should make the order correctly. Very disappointed. Do better!!

If I could give a negative star I’d give 100s, I HIGHLY recommend using your money for the gas to drive to the ithaca location. This store needs to be shut down a completely new start over on employees and management. Placed my order on there kiosk 3 items all modifications an not one of them was right and there was HAIR IN MY FOOD so I went back to see if they could fix it instead they all stood there staring at me not one person came to the counter no one was on lime or in drive thru everyone was outside smoking one girl even came inside made a comment about the customers not being helped the retreated to the office an still no one greeted me for 10minutes! I go to the drive thru an jus reorder my order an pay again bc I’m running late for work so I’m trying to hurry an they once again made my food wrong…2 orders completely wrong paid for both so now I’m super upset an go back inside an tell them I want money refunded they tell me they can’t remake either order but can refund it (I used to work at a taco bell as GM for 4 years an that’s not the policy but ok) so I get my refund after 25 minutes an they didn’t want to give me the corporate number. They didn’t come out of the office the entire time thru this whole thing they yelled from the office chair back an forth highly unprofessional. The bathroom was disgusting the health department should really check this place out!

I’m not usually one to complain but tell me why it is that I ordered food to take home for my boyfriend and there is a literal pice of GLASS in his chicken chipotle melt! This is ridiculous, I have given alma Taco Bell chance after chance but seriously? Glass in the food now? Luckily he didn’t swallow it. But I will not be returning to the alma Taco Bell.
