lly enjoy going here once every other week or so. You just can’t beat the price. $21.48 (skipped the drink) for two adults and he can eat as much pizza as his heart desires. What’s really nice is that their salad bar is always SUPER fresh and has quite a variety. Salad bars are hard to find now days.
Our FAVORITE part however, is the service. The team is Always encouraging and seems to be having fun. They value their work and want to make sure you are happy with your pizza, and if not they aim to make you happy. But I highly believe this culture and atmosphere is due to the manager at this location.
He takes such pride in his position, has killer work ethic, and you can tell he values the customers and his team. I don’t know him in any other capacity other than watching his work while dining but I can tell you, he is the standard when it comes to a high quality manager. Wish we could take what he’s got and bottle that up because the rest of the world could really benefit from that level of professionalism, discipline, and sincerity. We will continue to go here as long as he is managing.
Also they always ask if I want a special order and they never make fun of me or seem too busy to carry out all my crazy requests. Thanks for my bbq, flat bread, veggie lover, hold the onion, add the chicken pizza tonight! It was the BEST.

A buffet of pizza, salad, pasta, AND dessert for $9.99 ?? Lovely. The pizza was good, and the employees openly offered to cook our preferred pizza for no extra charge to add to the buffet, which means that there was always a nice variety (and if there’s not, just ask). Everyone was SO nice and professional. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, but these guys really nailed it. Is the pizza the best pizza in the world? Maybe not, but it is good, and it is more than affordable in today’s day and age. Will definitely return. The vibes are awesome. (And the apple dessert pizza is seriously amazing.)

The gentleman at the counter is an absolute Rockstar. From opening doors for guests, hand written birthday cards for a teen who came in to dine, asking everyone what type of pizzas we would like. The store is so clean, pizza hot and fresh, all employees are so incredibly kind. The gentleman at the cash register though is outstanding and id personally like to make sure he gets recognized for that! This store is amazing. Very clean and stocked. Arcade clean and functional. Amazing service and food. Prices are great. We will drive from niceville to pensacola just to come here. Please if youre reading this just know, this is absolutely worth the $15 for the buffet and drink.

Cicis Pizza is a great spot for affordable, all-you-can-eat pizza. There’s a good variety, everything stays fresh, and you can even request a custom pizza. The salad bar and desserts are solid too. Extremely Friendly staff and a laid-back, family atmosphere make it an easy go-to. Great value for the price! Always a staple in my relationship and birthdays

Nice and clean environment, hot fresh pizzas constantly, and amazing staff. The worker Amanda told me about and recommended getting the Cicis app for rewards. She’s awesome! We came at 2pm and it had a good rush too!

I showed up about 30 minutes before close and the manager let me order a specialty pizza for the buffet. The staff did not mind at all that I came in right before close and they were all amazing.

I went to CC’s tonight to celebrate my grandson’s birthday. Upon arrival there were only two half pizzas and no desserts. I pointed out to the manager that the two pizzas that were up there were old pizzas she proceeded to poke it and say it’s just barbecue pizza that’s how it looks. But as she was poking it she realized that it was cold and hard. She looked a little bothered that I even brought it to her attention we had to wait 10 minutes to try to get a pizza in about 8 minutes to try to get some garlic bread. There was a very long steady line and they were not prepared at all. Then when I ask for courtesy cup of water they said they no longer do waters They have water bottles and if they gave me a cup they would have to charge me for a full drink really not even just $0.10 for the cup full price for a water out of the fountain just because of the cup and I know the cup does not cost as much as a drink. Oh by the way no welcome to CC’s like they use to do. Management has gone down hill at this location. The dinning area was also nasty with trash on tables and floors.

Decent cheapish pizza buffet for kids. Definitely not what Cicis used to be. They don’t even say CiCi ya later anymore. Disappointed by the visit overall due to the filthy environment. The ceiling tiles are disgusting with the vents being rusty and gross.
