HATE THE KIOSK. Walked to the register to order and was told I had to use the kiosk. Took me many more minutes to get my order through than if I had used the drive thru. Next time I want to dine in, I’ll use the drive through then come inside and eat. Or maybe just go to chipotle…they don’t force a kiosk on you. You get to talk to a human. The drive thru order is AI too. Not a human there either.

Not only do they have 4 employees that were just standing around. The food is absolutely disgusting!!
I placed an online order, they messed up 3 different things. Although I went through the drive thru, I still had to go in.
I know all fast food isn’t the greatest. But this is the worst food I have EVER got from a taco bell. Most were inedible, a waste of money

alright. the lady at the drive thru was lowkey so mean in made my food taste bad. she was rolling her eyes and giving us so much attitude my night was ruined. she shoved the food in our hands. and not to mention she was so mad she forgot to make us pay. INSANE WORK LADY

Order screen is awful super slow and very confusing. Food took forever it is a beautiful Taco Bell but seems a but much for the little bit of dining area it actually has but overall not to bad. Not a fan off the dollar menu chicken quesadilla replacement to much sauce taste different not good at all.

This location uses an AI to take your order and it is terrible. I ordered no sauce on a quesadilla and it gave me double sauce. It also tried to force me to buy nachos fries. Every time I said no to nachos fries, it added an additional nachos fry to my order. I miss when humans would take your order. I will specifically avoid this location so I dont have to use AI to place an order

Mexican fast food. Tacos, burritos, chalupas, tostadas, and other foods to satisfy the whole family. One of the few places around that won’t empty your wallet too.
The staff was fast and courteous. The restaurant was super clean.
