As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service was very friendly and very fast. But the food was horrible. I had ordered the spicy chicken combo and the mother cruncher chicken combo. As you can see, the mother cruncher was way over cooked and compared to the spicey. Also not pictured was the very soggy fries. I gave them 3 stars because the service was great, and I didn’t have time to go back. But take a minute to make sure your food doesn’t end up like this.

Drive thru forgot 2 of the sandwiches, luckily we checked order before pulling out. We pulled around and when we got to the window and explained that we were missing 2 sandwiches the manager came and read the order then told us that we would get our sandwiches in a couple minutes. He then started do something on the cash register and talking to the young man at the window who had grabbed our sandwiches and gave them to the manager instead of handing them to us. The manager then explained that the 2 sandwiches didn’t get rang up and that we owed $5 something more. I looked at the menu again and added up our meals which were $7 which we got 2 so total of $14 plus tax and we paid the $14 plus tax on the receipt . Thing is he rang everything up separately and got the first total of $14 plus tax but when we had to pull around and gave the manager the receipt he rang it up and came up with a $5 difference which didn’t make sense because either way it still was 7+7+ tax. Where he got that number I will never understand because he couldn’t explain it. So in other words we had to pay more money to get our sandwiches $5. We paid then realized we had been sitting there and our fries were cold along with our 2 new sandwiches. What?! My first bad experience at Rally’s and super disappointed. It will be awhile before I go again I’d I even do.

Wish I could leave a picture. Ordered a Hot Dog with ketchup,mustard and pickle and they charged me .20cents for 3 pickles.

Great price on food and drive thru service. Visit was fast and friendly and they even offered two for a dollar on apple pies at the pull up window. Great lunch stop when you only have half an hour lunch. Fries were on point and burgers were delicious.

All my food cramped in one bag, fries and bites on bottom of bag we had three meals in one sm bag, took 4 min to get meal at window … Definitely not good when I was a mgr at another rallys step up ur game Midland…
