As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I just came through about 3:50pm and was cashed out by a man in the drive, I want to say his name started with a “K”. I just wanted to make sure he and his staff know he was great. I have been having a lot of bad experiences with the customer service end of business’s I go lately (most likely people just stressed & burnt out) but it was refreshing to connect with a patient and kind person. Who also seemed happy to be there. Thanks again! Also the food as always was awesome!

Had 1 of the 5 dollar meals and it was a great value a double cheeseburger fries a drink and to top it off a apple pie was great value!!! The service was fast and the food was hot n fresh !!!

Probably the worst experience with rallys EVER, they left out a small fry, put mustard when I asked for only ketchup, and the people waiting to order behind us were so rude. Food was fine though.

This was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. I would have given them 0 stars if I could. They really don’t make there sandwiches like they do in the pictures, but I barely had any toppings on my sandwich and it was just sad and pathetic the fries are the only good thing I got in my order. Asked us to park so we didn’t run the timer because they took a while to prepare the food. I don’t mind waiting, but I don’t like it when systems meant to track order speed are bypassed. Management should not be allowing this. How are they supposed to fix a problem if they bypass the method to track it?

The manager was not only talking poorly about the customer’s loud enough, where you could hear it outside of the drive-through window, but was really rude to the people working in the restaurant. Definitely not the type of place you wanna frequent with such poor management. Clearly she needs to be retrained on how to treat her employees and customers

The service was very friendly and very fast. But the food was horrible. I had ordered the spicy chicken combo and the mother cruncher chicken combo. As you can see, the mother cruncher was way over cooked and compared to the spicey. Also not pictured was the very soggy fries. I gave them 3 stars because the service was great, and I didn’t have time to go back. But take a minute to make sure your food doesn’t end up like this.

That God awful AI ordering system needs tos go. It has gotten my order wrong the last three times I’ve been there. And even after I tell that I don’t want anything else it’s still asks me if I would like to add this or that to my order. So sick of companies replacing humans with this crap.

When I go get burgers, I’m usually going to Culvers because it’s closer to my home. When I got there, the line was long. I didn’t want to wait, and I wanted a real big juicy burger, not McDonald’s or Burger King. Rally’s/Checkers was the answer. Big juicy burgers, tasty fries, and a nice cold drink hit the spot. Worth the drive. Good fast service at the Midland, MI location.
