Truly the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had! My husband went through the drive thru & told them I was pregnant & craving chicken chalupas & these ladies made fresh chalupa shells, fresh chicken… how kind! Many people feel taco bell is trash. Well, I’m not one of those people. I love Taco Bell. I’ve always loved Taco Bell. No, it’s a commercial restaurant. It is not traditional tacos. I make my own tacos at home and they’re nothing like Taco Bell. I also go to a couple of chosen authentic Mexican restaurants that I love but hey Taco Bell is Taco Bell and I have always loved Taco Bell’s the #1 «supreme with sour cream crunchy with a Baja Blast. I only gave them a four rating because she said they were no longer serving the nacho fries. I love the nacho fries. They are an added edition thats so good and I was so disappointed that they didn’t have them.

So I decided to try the new dipping box and the new dipping taco was good but the chalupa had almost no meat whatsoever , the chips taste like they have been under a heat lamp all day and the other burrito I couldn’t eat because the tortillas taste like it has been sitting out all day and stale. They replaced my order and the new box was the exact same so I’m done wasting money because the food isn’t worth buying anymore. they were out of ground beef so I ordered chicken and steak tacos no problem they had just served an extremely large order before I was able to order understandable I to own a restaurant….. but with only 4 tacos being ordered asking for both hot and mild sauce I was handed my bag and my drink I then asked did you put sauce in my bag the young man was so into his conversation with the young lady working with him he answered yes i did but clearly I can see through the drive through window he never put any sauce in the bag so I then had to knock on the window and ask where is the sauce I interrupted him again goofing with his coworker for 4 tacos he then grabbed an abundance of 22 packs of hot and mild sauce and handed them out the window along with 2 straws for 1 drink to me but not only was he disrespectful in his actions he wasted your company’s money to continue on your clock into the conversation with his coworker that took reign over me as a guest but indeed I will never return to your store again ….photo attached of all the sauce I was given fur 4 tacos because his conversation was more important than customer satisfaction
