So I decided to try the new dipping box and the new dipping taco was good but the chalupa had almost no meat whatsoever , the chips taste like they have been under a heat lamp all day and the other burrito I couldn’t eat because the tortillas taste like it has been sitting out all day and stale. They replaced my order and the new box was the exact same so I’m done wasting money because the food isn’t worth buying anymore. I forgot to post this review! About a month ago I went in and had told the I believe supervisor/manager who helped me at the register that I had issues at other taco bells getting the black bean grilled cheese burrito with beef in it and I didn’t want to sound picky or preemptively assume they would mess it up too, but if she could make sure it’s vegetarian for me. She was so nice and made me feel not as bad about having to ask. It’s not like I was going to complain or be mean if it got messed up it’s just happened the past few times at different locations and it’s really disappointing :c

This location consecutively gets my order wrong. I ordered veggie everything. Why do I have a black bean chulupa with meat? Sigh. They repeated my very pricey order and it was spot on. Not sure where the break down in communication happened. One time I asked for a potato taco and literally got everything that goes on the potato taco… IN LITTLE BOWLS. NO tortillas. It’s just been a let down one too many times. Especially with inflation. I don’t have time to keep wasting money. The crunchwrap I ordered is SO SKIMPY it’s like a tablespoon of each ingredient and a mouthful of tortilla. At least they remembered the tortillas but still.
