Went through a drive through, ordered two cantina tacos, a cheese quesadilla, a new rolled quesadilla and a burrito. When we bit into our food, it was cold, and the cheese was not melted at all. Went inside and asked for it to be reheated, was given attitude by the staff who didn’t say anything to me, just walked back to the kitchen and talked between each other for a bit. After 5 minutes I get the food back, went back to my car, bit into it…still cold, cheese is still not melted, but hey, at least they put an extra chicken quesadilla in from someone else’s order. Thanks, I guess?

This isn’t even a 1 star, this should be a 0. You had one job, and you still failed. Twice.

Omg. This taco bell is so good. The employees are wonderful and genuinely so kind, the bathrooms are in nice and not absolutley destroyed, and the food is always so warm. My favorite is the Chicken quesadilla (the best) and I remember this worker (Shawna I think?) made it for me and it was the best!!! I would 100% recommend this taco bell, its in a good area, the service is great, and inside is really clean!!! The employees are always so sweet tooo!!!!!

Easily the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The food was not only cold but it was made wrong. I really wanted to try their stuffed churro’s and the chewed like a rubber band and tasted heavily of the grease they were cooked in. I will be driving further from home to get my Taco Bell else where.

first off, ai person took my order (fine whatever) but they missed what i said and i had to repeat my order twice. get the food and i got everything i wanted at least but all 4 tacos had lettuce when i specifically said no lettuce and it was marked down as that. the soft tacos were soggy, the bags were soggy/wet too. i’ve had experiences with soggy soft tacos because it’s still wet meat and cheese but the bags were wet mainly for tacos that were poorly made.

This place just opened and already has less than 3 stars for obvious reasons. How hard is it to serve Americanized Tacos with professionalism. First off if you drive up, youre bombarded with AI asking you what you want, I asked it 3x’s to give me a minute, but every time I talked to the people in my car to get their order I would be interrupted by the damn AI. I FINALLY told the AI to shut up and then the manager finally makes himself known and tells me that I shouldnt tell his precious AI to shut up. Keep in mind I had no idea there was even a person on the line as I had asked numerous times to give me a minute. Instead of the manager being professional the dude continued to argue with me until I realized I wasnt going to support this establishment any more despite being quite close, and now I look at their 2.9 star review on Google and think that manager may be in the wrong industry. ordered 2 steak tacos grill cheese chicken burrito and chicken dip burritos and a baja blast. i was charged for 2 steak soft taco i only got 1. i also got a paid for a beef grill cheese burrito i never ordered funny how that happens. i called the number to speak to someone but conveniently it’s not in service. unacceptable to pay for something you didn’t get and by reading the reviews yall need to shut down or do better. This new AI order taker is trash

We will typically stop once a week to dine in and for the last month or so, the doors have been locked around 5pm on several occasions. The staff don’t provide a reason or note on the door, just stand there and stare at you trying to open the door. The drive thru is always 15 cars deep and takes minimum 30 minutes and 99% of the time food is wrong or missing. When the right people are working (literally a choice 3 or 4 people, and they’re so great!) everything is fresh, clean, stocked and correct. Since we are fairly regular, we have noticed a lot and have also witnessed the girls working there get into several fights while on the clock. They are also out of random things such as sauce and tortillas often. For how much volume this store does, it’s so sad to see corporate treating it like the red headed step child and not ensuring they have what and who they need. We have even seen someone come in for an interview and had staff tell her that the person she was supposed to interview with told her she would be in 2 hours later because she had things to do, but didn’t tell the candidate. I wish this location would get the help they need because it could be so great.

Came here after a night out and was craving a late night snack. Everything was SO good and the employees were SOOO sweet! I particularly want to mention DJ & Rob, they both deserve a raise. How sweet, kind, and patient they were especially with how busy it was is so refreshing to see. Thank you DJ & Rob!!!

I did an online pick up order. An AI person spoke to confirm my order which was the best part of the experience. There were three cars ahead of me and each car took roughly 5 minutes each waiting for their food. When I finally got to the window for the online order that was marked ready, there were two employees scrambling around trying to fill the bags. They took napkins and sauce out of another bag and put them in my bag after waiting 5 mins at the window. Once I checked the bag, they gave me one out of the five items I ordered. I know the other bags that they we prepping all had wrong items going in them as well because I got two tacos meant for someone else. I ended with one item i ordered and the people in line behind me are ending up with my other 4 items. I have never left a review for a food order before but it was terrible enough that I don’t want others to go through the same thing.
