There was a customer who was very mean and an employee, a man with glasses and a gray shirt handled it extremely well and professionally and as a consumer it was just embarrassing to see that man yell at this guy working here. I asked where my order was after waiting and the lady took care of me right away and served my food with a smile and I got a hot meal it was perfect. The staff here is super friendly and the food was great.

I wanted to take a moment a moment and give an awesome shout out to store #5426 in Hamlin the women’s name Ofelia who maintains the atmosphere in a clean environment. Its evident she is always the one at her best maintaining the franchise clean. I have literally witnessed her asking people if they are done eating and she leans their entire table. She has a passion for treating people with kindness and she has always a friendly demeanor. I personally do not go to any other McDonald’s only to this Hamlin location because its the cleanist McDonald we ever saw and its because of her passion to clean everyone’s area.

So far the worst experience of my life in the McDonald’s franchise in my all 43 years old of life. Starting with the pick up in the drive way when I parked my car in the roll number 5, I had to wait for about 20 minutes and nobody came to bring my order, so I decide to go inside the restaurant to check what’s was going on and for my surprise my order was not ready, my mango smooth was with a juice texture, my fries was like from the one day before, they was missing one of my big Macs, and I asked to replace my fries and they missed my quarter pound, and I had to wait even more for that, when they brought the water pound, I remember to check about the straws and for my surprise it was not in the bag, and I had to get back, and after more than 30 minutes I came back to my car, and the list of fails was not in the end, when I get home and decide to seat with my family a good meal in the Sunday night, I start to unpack my order, and they miss the pickles in my sandwiches and I had to use my own, so all my experience was a nightmare. I hope you guys can at least give my money back for try bring some kind of appreciation for all the money that I and family spent in this franchise. And I hope you guys can improve the quality of your services for nobody else the same the bad experience as I had.

She always greets us with a smile, is very kind and patient, and makes sure our order is correct and prepared quickly. It is a pleasure to arrive and find someone so professional and warm who makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I was passing by the area very hungry so i decided to order food in McDonald’s, I used the app and sent my order and pick it up, once I arrived home ready to eat I noticed my double cheeseburger was missing both patties! This is my second time at this McDonald’s with my family. The first time was frustrating because they gave me a cheeseburger instead of the deluxe quarter pound I had chosen, and I had to wait 20 minutes in traffic for them to fix it. Today, I ordered the special edition gold sandwich from the menu for $14, as shown in the photos, and they gave me this sandwich, which is simpler than a McDonald’s chicken.

I know they are new. But every time we go through the drive through with a basic order we get sent to wait at the next window. I’ve had to call the restaurant to remind them we are out here, they seem to forget that they sent people to wait. It’s getting super frustrating. The kids are very nice, but the whole restaurant needs to work on their service model.

This is the third time but I have had a very disappointing experience at this location.
This time it was horrible. We ordered our food at 6:40 and got it at 7:30. It was almost an hour of wait. For 2 BIG MACS and some fries. Ridiculous!!!! Plaster is about 10 angry customers behind me also complaining about the long wait and the employees were all super rude and angry basically yelling at us. ♀️
In addition, our food was super cold and stale!!!!!
They didn’t even explain why they were taking soooo long. I could’ve given it zero stars I would!

This was a great location on the way back north from Orlando. We stopped for a quick breakfast, and it was an easy on and off from the freeway. The service was excellent and friendly and the food was fantastic. It was clean and had nice rest rooms. We will be back on our next road trip!

I had such a great experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Ofelia! From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond with her service. She was friendly, professional, and so welcoming it honestly felt like I was being taken care of at a sit-down restaurant rather than a fast food spot.
Ofelia made sure everything with my order was perfect and handled everything with such a positive attitude. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Service like hers is rare these days, and it made my visit stand out in the best way.
McDonald’s is lucky to have someone as amazing as Ofelia on their team she’s absolutely top tier!
