Wow, my first visit to the Taco Bell in Sylvan Lake, MI, and I’m already hooked! Their chicken Cantina Bowl, which I enjoy at least twice a week, was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting me with warm smiles and providing fast, attentive service. The restaurant and restrooms were spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming vibe that made my experience even better. This Sylvan Lake Taco Bell is a gem, and I can’t wait to come back! Keep up the amazing work!

I love this Taco Bell location. Fast, friendly staff, and great food. However, the new snall taco salads cone with a Chipotle sauce which is disgusting. I didn’t realize this as the first time trying it. The Taco salad should come with sour cream, not Chipotle. It’s no longer tasteful like a taco salad. Reminds me of barbecue, Chipotle spicy type food. A miss with the Chipotle sauce. Would’ve been a hit made with sour cream instead

JUST DON’T…. The girl at the window was nice but the food , nasty! We got beef on a burrito that was for our daughter who doesn’t eat meat and definitely wasn’t what we ordered, tossed it in the trash . It was a complete mess as well as another item we ordered. Gross, we usually regret getting Taco Bell, but this was the worst experience yet!

Thomas was so sweet and welcoming. He really made it feel at home and made sure our tacos were top-tier customer service. Thomas is an amazing worker. He really puts in them overnight hours and if anyone deserves a raise first it’s our boy thomas he’s an 11 out of 10 worker.

Not sure how this is such a low reviewed Taco Bell. Every time we order delivery or pick up, everything is hot and fresh and crispy and perfect. This is the best Taco Bell in the area. They have ruined every other Taco Bell for us. Thank you for doing such a great job! Highly recommend the black bean Gordita

I am not only a neighbor (I live a couple football fields away) and occasional customer, but also a frequent food delivery guy, so you would think I would take notice of this before today but she and her entire staff were so friendly and hospitable it really made me stop to recognize my fellow service workers.
I KNOW these good people are underpaid, but it doesn’t mean they have to be under appreciated!
Iesha (and your loyal crew) – you made a difference in my day today. You were sincerely engaged in our brief exchange and you are an excellent ambassador for our neighborhood and local businesses. THANK YOU SO MUCH for caring about your job and your customers like you do.

Thank you for fixing my order and giving me the refund for the wrong order. It wasnt their fault somebody in the drive through pulled off in front of me and I got charged for his meal. I didnt hear the lady at the window tell me the total ad she did tell me. Not their fault and they fixed it. Thanks for the great service. Its why I like this taco bell so much.

This Taco Bell is BY FAR the BEST one I’ve been to. It’s close to my work so I order from here all the time. Food portions are packed, the employees are the sweetest EVER! Always greet me with smiles. This place seriously kicks all the other ones to the curb. If you are ever in the area – Get yourself some from this location!

Check out the new breakfast CrunchFistBall. If that’s not bad enough you should hear the completely unenthusiastic drive thru operator who sounds extremely inconvenienced to be having to take an order. This is unacceptable Taco Bell.
