First I will say the pizza itself tasted really good. And not even mad the way it was cut. Cause hey bite size pieces. But at the same time what happened??? you need a hug buddy. It was busy when we got there. Im guessing they were cutting so many pizzas, got to ours and it didn’t turn out even, so they just went to slicing it randomly. I get man I get it. I do like square slices. Still tasted amazing.

Placed an online order that indicated it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later only to find out they had not even started my order and told it would be another 15+ minutes. The staff member at the counter was dismissive at best with a comment to the effect that others had been waiting extended periods also as they had multiple orders come in at once.
If your completions times are going to be extended then have the website reflect this accordingly so your not wasting customers time. This of course after they have already paid and tipped for a product/service you are definitely failing to provide in the timeframe your website says you are going to.

Very pleased and satisfied with the pizza especially since it’s under new ownership. It’s much better and I love the deals too. Hungry Howies is very underrated. Even my parents enjoyed it and were impressed.

Food was good. When I picked it up the staff was nice. Down fall was they waited 15-20mins after I ordered to let me know they were out of steak for the Steak sub I ordered. I had already paid, but ask it anything could be done for the inconvenience and longer wait time and they said No… Not good customer service.

Drove over there and went inside to order a pizza and the young man behind the counter asked me if I was ordering anything and I responded yes. He then says ” We are taking a down time and are not taking orders…you will need to come back in a few minutes” I said…Uhmm no…I will not be coming back. There were no other customers in store. If they were backed up he could have explained that or if they were having system issues…but what does taking a down time mean…a break? I left and went to Little Ceasers.

The food and staff are as good as always (actually the new steak on the steak and mushroom is better than before!) HOWEVER…having my call routed to India does not make me happy! The phone rang several times before it was answered and then the operator was not able to connect to place my order, so he offered to transfer me directly to the store. Before he did he told that “if the call was dropped” to call back and press 5. So, the phone rang twice and then dropped! I almost said, “screw it” and found somewhere else to eat but decided to try once more. I pressed 5 and got right through. However it was way more work than it should have been.

They are under NEW OWNERSHIP and NEW MANAGEMENT and wow what a difference! I was scared to eat there before but the place has been completely remodeled and scrubbed CLEAN! Everything looks to be efficiently ran now and has made a huge impact in the last few days they just reopened. The food is so good now and so many flavors and choices that weren’t offered before. This new owner knows exactly what they’re doing! Extremely impressed! 5 STARS! WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK!

We came to this establishment and ordered two large pizzas….. one was burnt.
The cheese pizza look fine, they refunded the burnt pizza while I was there.
Upon arriving home with my cheese pizza, I began to eat it, and there was no sauce on the pizza, I pulled the cheese back to reveal nothing but white bread.
I live out in Middleburg and they will not refund my money unless I drive the pizza all the way back to them…..I would give zero stars if i could….
I’ve managed many pizza shops and this is unacceptable-
I offered to give a picture of the pizza, and they would not accept that.
I will be disputing the charges, because I did not get what I paid for.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered pizza at 2:19pm, and by 4pm still nothing. When I called, the employee said they hadn’t even cooked it yet, blaming a power outage and waiting on a DoorDash driver. No updates, no apology, no offer of a refund. When I asked to pick it up, she said it could take another hour just to get their computers working. I had to request the cancellation myself. Terrible service—avoid this Hungry Howie’s.
