I had 3 separate mobile orders. They made me come inside instead of drive thru when I placed for drive thru. The manager answered the intercom with an attitude and it’s always nasty attitude at this location. What’s the difference between ordering 1 meal and ordering separate orders with my rewards? Wasting my time and going in the cold on my lunch and it could’ve been prevented. I was told because of their timer, that’s not my problem. Boost your speed of service. 18 mins for a medium drink, cheesy gordita crunch, and fiesta potato is ridiculous.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell location in the city of Detroit. Service is always pitiful and the food is always cold and never made as you ordered it. The people working drive thru just simply lacks common sense. Idk how they even have a job where they don’t even know basic menu items or how to work a damn screen. I will never come to this location again. I’d rather take that drive to 8 mile or 10 mile for better service. And they don’t even give you corporates number which very sketchy. There should be no reason why they withhold that number from their customers.

This place is a nightmare. Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Zero management skills. On any Friday or Saturday night they make 1 drive thru order for every 3 doordash order. They average 3 cars per hour in drive thru and they lose 15-20 potential customers bc they have zero management skills. No clue how they are open still given how many customers leave bc of the hour plus waits. They need to get a real manager and about 4 more employees on nights. Every visit is a disappointment and ends in anger and a waste of 1.5 hours of my night. Just crap. Don’t go here.

Everytime I order from this store via Taco Bell app, they “purposely” get my order wrong every single time. Online orders are often here at this Taco Bell, so I advise everyone not to order online from this store! My receipt was the only thing that was correct, Literally. But inside the bag was pure . Terrible experience.

This is a really small store, with a drive-through and about 10 seats. Very clean inside. Three or four young ladies working and I was very impressed! They were friendly and courteous, they managed a good level of customers with no issues, and the tacos were great!

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru. They basically threw our food at us without a thank you for waiting so long. Food was so cold and missing 4 items, there was no meat in our $5 cheesy Gordita crunch, and potatoes were burnt. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

For some reason they like to take years to ring people up and give them their food. Every time I go to this Taco Bell in particular it takes FOREVER. I’m talking like 30-45+ minutes of multiple people sitting in the drive through because the employees don’t do their job. This is such a weird Taco Bell. The building used to be a bank, and it is not conducive to a TBell…. I went here one time in 2024, and I have not been and will not be going back. There are three separate areas of the parking lot, which is very odd. There’s no indoor seating–you can only go inside and pick up food. The staff was not kind or helpful. My order was not totally correct, but it was just such a hassle to get inside that I didn’t even care enough to go back. It is totally worth the drive to SCS (the HW one is hit or miss) to skip this mess of a TBell. So disappointing!
