Coffee always tastes freshly brewed and delicious! Employees are helpful, kind, and accommodating! Always a quick trip through the drive thru. Donuts are generously and professionally frosted. The festive sprinkles and bag were a nice bonus! Can’t wait for my next Dunkin’ trip! Like our gnomes, we’re huge Dunkin’ fans. ☕️

I came in and there was no one behind the counter, after about 4 or 5 minutes someone came out of the office and took my order. After I ordered I went to use the rest room and found pee all over the toilet a d some of it was even dried on! There was also no toilet paper or soap left in the dispenser. When my oder came up half my order was forgotten and i had to remind them and ask for the rest. I ordered the avocado tomato and back sandwich and some snackin bacon, the snackin bacon was cold and very burnt and there was maybe half the bacon in there that there should have been. My sandwich wasn’t toasted and was half made and cold! This is what my sandwich looked like! I was very hungry when i stopped here and i left very unhappy. Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. Would not recommend.

To all my melanin people beware of this Dunks. They seem to have an issue with people with melanin in their skin. I will NEVER GO HERE again. The incident that occurred and having the cops called AFTER I purchased multiple things is just pathetic and sad .

Went here on 1/20/2025. Place a mobile order at 6:58 P.M. chose the walk in option as always. Arrived about 8 minutes after ordering, and Got out of my truck(at 5° out) and the door was locked. Got back in my truck and drove to the drive thru. Got ignored for al.oat 5 minutes so the kid working could B.S in the office. When he came to the window, I told him I ordered on the go, and he told me “Well, I don’t have hot coffee, I’ll just make you an iced”. I do not drink iced coffee, and as a delivery driver who had just gotten done working 12 hours in single digital temperatures, I wanted something to warm me up. Kid was extremely rude, and REFUSED me service by not making hot coffee an hour before close. Continued on the the store, and drove by 45 minutes later, and they were still open. So it’s not like he was getting ready to close the door when I ordered. This place is the epitome of thievery. They will take your money, then refuse you the product you PAID for in advance!

I am very disappointed that they no longer will let us purchase a small cup of whipped cream at this location. My daughter loves to get a “pup” cup of whip cream when I order a coffee. Last time we went through the drive through we were told the staff is no longer able to accommodate this. I will no longer use this location. I feel like this is bad business.

Today is Sunday 2/16/2025. At 2:25 I had a door dash order at this store. And I waited for 30 minutes but they didn’t make it for me. Only made it for others who came later. I asked them how long I have to wait and they didn’t answer. They just made other orders. And when there were no orders I didn’t see them anymore. When I canceled the order I saw them put my order on the table. They intentionally made me wait so I couldn’t do my job. What a terrible experience. Maybe they saw that I was Asian so they did that. They are a bunch of jerks.

I always hear bad stuff about this Dunkin and I don’t go often. Of course the one time I go a third of my coffee spills into my cupholder because there’s a hole in it. My hashbrowns were overcooked completely. And my grilled cheese was undercooked and soggy
