There’s a fairly young well groomed black male employee that sometimes works the window at night who has a great personality. That’s where the good ends. If he’s not working, good luck even getting any food. They constantly lie and say they’re closed during business hours, or they say they’re only doing DoorDash orders, or claim they’re out of food. If you do get food, expect to wait a very long time because when they decide to work, they often move the drive through line at an average rate of around 15 minutes per order. I made the mistake twice of ordering online and I would NEVER try a 3rd time. I was forced to wait behind 3 cars for 44 minutes. Assuming that was a fluke, I did it again 2 weeks later and was stuck in line behind 4 cars for over an hour. Having already paid, I was forced to wait. In the rare occasions when I actually got the food I came for, I pay to upgrade to steak and I get about 2 tiny pieces in the whole thing, if Im lucky. Dont get the other slop ANYWHERE. That lump of SAND they call meat doesn’t qualify as beef according to the FDA (which is why the veef burrito became the “beefy burrito”, for example. They found the main ingredient to be silica dioxide aka sand and when Taco Bell threatened to fight it in court, the FDA informed them that the percentage of actual animal parts per ounce didn’t even qualify as MEAT. So, Taco Bell folded. Im done with this location and Im done with Taco Bell altogether.

This is the second time in a month or two that I’ve been through the drive-thru here. Each time the same young lady has waited on me at the drive-thru. I was there today on February 22nd around 12:40 p.m. The young lady that waited on me was so professional, kind and I could tell she cared about my experience there because she apologized profusely for the automated voice that takes your order at the drive-thru messed up. You have a top-notch customer service oriented employee there Taco Bell! I hope you’re taking notes because she’s a keeper and that is somebody that I would advance at my business!

I normally come here to get food around 7ish and my experiences around then go really well, friendly staff, amazing food. But today I went here around 2 am, I placed a mobile order and when I went to go pick it up they said they couldn’t make my order because they were closed, I reiterated I had a code they told me they couldn’t help it and that they were short staffed. Midnight staff really slacking. I even went to another Taco Bell who said they were closed despite showing open on Google and the app. Only reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of 1 is because the afternoon shift is carrying all of my positive experiences coming here.

Usually this location is less than subpar for me. But the last time i went was great.
I was exhausted from doubling all valentines weekend, and Teleah’s (sorry if i misspelled ) mood and personality gave me a nice reset.
Its always hard to find somewhere that the employees dont make you feel like an inconvenience for just existing. But she was able to flip night just on personality alone ❤️

I placed a mobile order and was going to pick it up in the drive-thru. The line was out into the street not moving. I instead parked and went inside, where there were at least 10 other customers waiting. I waited about 15 minutes until I could get someone to notice me, since all the employees assumed I was a pickup driver. I told the woman at the counter that I placed a mobile pickup order and I need to check in. She walked away and went back to the drive-thru, then started staring at me from the corner. It’s as if she was hoping I’d leave or forget that I just asked to check-in. She seemed so confused and was probably the employee doing the least. I ended up having to cancel my order. There were lots of angry customers inside. I probably won’t ever come back to this location.

Waited for 20 minutes or so with no movement of the 4 cars in front of me. Cancelled my order. Maybe consider faster staff? I drove to the next Taco Bell on Fort St and (with many more cars) got my stuff in around 5 minutes.

Spent half an hour in the drive through, after paying, and they didn’t even give me an update. Then they had attitude when I was impatient, as if I was rude for being agitated at having to wait half an hour for “fast” food.
Just go to a different taco bell.

Came here tonight on 4/2/2022 & spent $23.83. Didn’t receive my 4 dollar taco, my Pepsi didn’t taste anything like Pepsi & I’ll let the pictures explain this rating. Didn’t even bother calling. We just won’t ever be back to this location. Laziness at its finest.
