Me and two friends went to Taco Bell tonight 7/11/25, when we got there, they had no one in line. We pull up to the speaker & try to order two tacodilla’s (pictured on the menu) the lady said “we don’t sell that at this time”. We said ok just give us a minute. We then proceeded to order our food. We paused after ordering two items, to then have one woman say “is that all for you?” We said “no just one minute please”. Then another voice says “is everything correct on your screen?” My friend says “no just one second please!”. This women seemed aggravated with us. We finish the order. We get to the window, no customer service at all, the lady at the window acted like either her life was miserable working there or we just ruined her night by asking for a little extra time. We ignored it all and continued to be kind. We get our food, we had everything in the bag. We get home & this is how my quesadilla looked! SOAKED IN JALAPEÑO SAUCE! I called and spoke with the manager, her response was “oh you got the order behind you, they ordered extra sauce!” !!!! THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US WHEN WE PULLED OFF!!!!! This wasn’t taken seriously at all! If you hate your job & customer service you should’ve made other choices in life, there was no need to take it out on people who did nothing but used our manors the entire time! I paid for my food & couldn’t even eat it! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

I used to not like this location because they often messed up my order (around 2023). But, recently I tried them again and I have to say they are one of the best tbells around Westland/Garden City!!! They are quick, they’re food is banger, and they have consistently gotten my modifications right. Whoever they got working there now is on it and I’m so thankful!!!!

My order was simple and I was very polite but the way they prepared my order makes me think they spit in it… I just ordered a fiesta veggie burrito with extra chips add potatoes they were out of black beans I said I want my burrito crunchy not soggy they replied “I got you” look at the images I attached tell me if you thought it was mushy or crunchy. I also ordered a fiesta potato taco on a hard shell with NO CHEESE I said if you can’t make it that way it’s fine they had me pull to the window for my total which they up charged me 5$ for just ordering it on a hard shell so I replied no thank you I’ll just get the burrito they gave me the taco anyway but look at how much cheese they packed into it when I asked for no cheese. I’m so disappointed

I am writing to formally report ongoing issues at the Taco Bell location on Merriman Road, south of Cherry Hill.
On multiple occasions—most recently around 10:00 PM—I have been told the store was completely out of beef. This is not an isolated incident and has occurred frequently. In addition, my orders are repeatedly incorrect. Fiesta potatoes are often missing despite being ordered, and lettuce is left off a significant portion of the tacos. These mistakes happen consistently, approximately two to three times per week.
I understand that occasional supply shortages or errors can happen, but the frequency and consistency of these problems indicate a larger operational issue at this location. Being out of a core ingredient late in the evening and repeatedly failing to assemble basic menu items correctly is unacceptable for a national chain.
I am requesting that this location be reviewed for inventory management, staff training, and order accuracy. I would also appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on what corrective actions will be taken.

Me and my boyfriend have been to this location three times the last three nights wanting food after work. First night we placed our order on the app we get there only to be told they have limited meat, that they only have enough meat for a few things. We just say okay we get home go to eat only receiving half of our order, all four items that we did get had one bite of meat. Second night we try again we go to order at the window in case they still don’t have meat we are told they are only taking DoorDash and mobile orders so we place a mobile order we go though the drive though line again to be told they have nothing and they can’t refund us at all. Third night we order on the app get there and we are told they are only taking DoorDash orders. We have yet to be contacted by Taco Bell service on the app we have not received any type of refund. It’s frustrating to have been disappointed three nights in a row and have our money taken. Highly recommend going to a different location this one sucks.

I asked for my their reward, it took me 3 times of asking for the lady to say over the mic “if I ask this one more time.” When she never once asked what I would like. I get miscommunication but just being rude is not ok in customer service. Hope this is resolved in a rightful manner.

Go somewhere else. First time I go to a taco bell and the toasted my soft tacos and burritos. I just drove to a different one. Did not want to complain. Figured they might do something to our food. Just threw it in the trash and went do another one. Don’t recommend it. Lame
