Placed a large drive thru order, mentioned twice during the ordering process to make sure their is plenty of hot sauce in the bag/bags guess what? get home no hot sauce not even one. called the store to make them aware manager was less than apologetic, doesn’t surprise me this taco bell has terrible customer service resolution. Oh by the way the food looked like it was put together by a 5 year old !!

Ordered sour cream on two tacos and was charged 1.09 each taco and guess what no sour cream. This location has also forgotten food on past orders. Everytime I go to this location it doesn’t taste as good as others. Not sure what the issue is but I will avoid this location now.

never come to this taco bell . yall are awful here. mean as can be, will ruin my order on nights like halloween and the weekends simply bc the employees don’t wanna be there. the unfortunate part is however that they do work there and it s their only job to correctly serve the paying customers who keep them employed. It’s actually so disappointing how the employees act all the time like it’s a genuine inconvenience you’ve order food from a taco bell. the morning manager will lie and say the system is not working if you order more then what she wants her crew to make. the night crew drinks and can barely get the correct order out the window and it’s like a 20 minute wait per vehicle. they are straight up rude when you do ask for a remake or even refund due to them making your food items completely wrong, when they could’ve made it correct in the first place.

This place is very poorly ran, the employees are rude ignore customers when they are asking for something, or you get dirty looks from the management. The restrooms are filthy as can be . Maybe the owner or upper management that runs this place needs to come in here.This place is a complete JOKE people wait along time to get there food including door Dashers. They play inappropriate music that is heard by customers. You might as well close your doors. It’s filthy inside where you sit nothing is stocked !!!!!! Shouldn’t have to wait over a half hour for your FOOD and you want to call this a fast food places. I call it TRASH!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Worst Taco Bell ever. They should close it down or get all new employees because none of them care. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Finally pulled up to the window to say we did not order because no one took it after waiting there then was told we can’t place an order at the window and have to wait again and go around in line so we did waited for another 15 mins the went inside to try and order but said we were not allowed to. So I explained we tried waiting in line and none of them cared. Was told to wait again and that they were short staffed, I can respect that but when there is constantly an issue there then it’s a problem with more than just shortstaffed. It is ridiculous, walked in and there is trash all over the floor and is so dirty on the inside. Whoever owes it needs to take care of this problem or just close it cause it is horrible

People dont give this location enough credit, it’s been a very longstanding pillar of late night food for decades and it always seems to be run on a skeleton crew. There was a nice young goth girl in there who was polite to me even though they were very busy and the house was packed. Give that whole crew from tonight a raise, they were very cool.

It should not take 10 minutes per order when there is a rush. I was in the waiting room for about 15 minutes before an order came out and another 30-35 minutes for mine. The problem is that not everyone is working. There’d be 1 person in the back working and like 3 more up front giggling with their friends that don’t work there. This one girl came upfront to pack an order told the man she’s packing it up right now, saw her friend, and put the order down and started chitchatting

This place is probably the worse of the tacobells. Not one time since moved have we getting a order that was right and when u go in and ask for it. U are called a liar and treated bad. I ordered 4 things 1 was missing and another forgot to add the steak(paid for)

This has been an okay Taco Bell compared to the one at the New Hudson freeway exit. This one tends to mess up orders a lot.
But my main reason for this review is they have ramped up the unnecessary guilt when asking you to round up your order.
I just bought a combo for $10.80. No large drink, one grilled burrito and one hard taco. They asked if I wanted to round up $0.20 to help Jacob do something (I didn’t hear the rest). I politely said no thank you and the cashier replied “sorry Jacob”. I find that a bit ridiculous and over the top. I will likely stop coming here if I hear that again.
