As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I pulled up on Sunday at 10:50pm. Closed in another hour. My guess workers refused to work. Said “system down, we can’t take orders”. It’s been a common trend. Not even just Rally’s. Neighboring Fast food spots on Loyola too. I’m hungry Rally’s. I work late too. Yall one of the few spots that are still open late.

I stopped at this Rally’s as I was passing through. We have the sister restaurant Checkers in Baton Rouge. I went through the drive-through, and the team member was very friendly. The food was good and fresh. Love those crispy french fries!

8:40 pm pulled up to the speaker… waited a good 5 minutes just for them to say they couldn’t take orders at the moment. we was the only car there at the time. This location been horrible and just keeps getting worse. Either they refuse to take your order or the food is messed up, sloppy, and old. I don’t know how they have 3.9 stars cause no.

Great burgers just outside of the airport. Sis-in-law had been out of the country traveling for 2 weeks and just wanted a good burger when she got back. The fry lovers burger did the trick. On the drive home we decided it was our new go to for airport pickup food. Fast, good, and reasonable price.

So I got three rally burgers total and two of them with no onions and the third one with no onions and no tomatoes the third one had tomatoes. All of them had tomatoes and I ordered a six piece mozzarella stick and I got a four piece I got a small french fry, and those were very cold, I ordered a root beer and a water and I got a Coke and a water and I was charged for a Coke and a root beer The people were nice that’s not the problem I’ve only written one other review on Google in my life and this is my second time I don’t normally do this but unfortunately when you call the phone number that’s listed online it’s disconnected so this is why I am writing on Google review
