For getting T-Bell at 2:20 in the morning, it was fresh, prepared quick, and the staff was really cool. They didn’t have some sauces, but I wouldn’t say that ruined my experience. They were willing to substitute it anyway to make it better. This one makes the two on Telegraph kick rocks

DESTINY (Girl with pierced lip and dyed hair incase she gave me a fake name) IS HORRIBLE. Both as an employee, and person in general. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately we still don’t have this option.
I come to this exact same location every time and order the same exact thing and have never had an issue. Does not matter what burrito you get, you can always pay extra and get a cheese crust on the outside. Never had an issue with that request at this or any other Taco Bell location up until now.
According to Destiny, I can only have a cheese crust if I order a grilled cheese burrito, which is definitely false. I told her it’s okay I’ll take the regular burrito but this is odd because I always get this same order and it’s never been a problem before. In return, with a smug look on her face she tells me, yeah this is how it is. Like what? Why the attitude? I’m talking to you politely. If you don’t like your life and working at Taco Bell, then quit. But you don’t treat people with that kind of disrespect.
She has 0 manners and Taco Bell needs to put her in a customer service training course. HORRIBLE experience. Won’t bother coming to this location whenever this sad excuse of an employee is on site. Thanks for nothing Destiny. I really hope you face repercussions for your unprofessional behaviour.
I will definitely be following up with Taco Bell in regard to this matter. I’m a paying customer and I was polite. You had no reason to act in such a smug and condescending manner. Grow up.

I recently visited the Taco Bell and my experience was extremely disappointing. After placing my order with a different staff member, I went to the restroom and returned to confirm my food. When I checked my order, another staff member accused me of stealing it. She kept demanding to know what my order was and yelled at me, even though the original staff member wasn’t present. This was both embarrassing and unjust. I hope management addresses this issue to improve their customer service.

I wish I could give 0 stars because they decided to close earlier than their closing time and the reason I am given is that nobody wants to work. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t have the jobs either because that cost them at least 5 customers that includes myself as a result of it and they aren’t doing the business any favors. They want the job for money but then complain about the work yet once the business goes under they will be back at where they were and we will be one more restaurant shorter. Shame for keeping employees that won’t do the job they signed up for.

The food is always good, and the girls that work here are awesome. There’s a younger, kind of timid guy who works the counter and he took our order, it got mixed up with someone else’s order, so they re-made the food when in reality our food was correct and made the whole time, the guy just got my husbands name wrong. The whole ordeal was about 20 minutes. He then got mad at my husband and basically blamed him by angrily saying “I thought you said your name was (whatever he mixed it up with)” and then threw the bag at him shaking his head. No apologies or anything whatsoever. We both work in the service industry as well so we know how customers can be and how to treat people, in this case I can’t sympathize with the guy because… how is the customer wrong about their own name? Lol
