Can we do better y’all? First you took a car before me that you shouldn’t have in the drive thru then I open my filet o fish and it looks like this. Warm and tasted good but I had to reassemble my half slice of cheese.

I’ve been here late at night, early in the morning, and even for lunch. I’ve never had problems here. Most of the kids that work/have worked here are friendly. None of my food has ever been really discernible from another McDonald’s location. All-in-all not a bad place. Definitely a good McDonald’s location.

Listen, I understand it’s a McDonald’s. I don’t expect five star service necessarily. But I definitely didn’t expect service this bad.

I arrived on a Saturday morning and tried to order on the app. The app said this restaurant was not accepting orders. Ok weird.

I pull around to the second lane since there is a car in the first. I sit. And sit. Finally, the car in the first line pulls around, and I hear a voice asking for my order. She is asking in the wrong speaker.

She tells me she can hardly hear me and I told her that she’s in the wrong speaker. She says oh… That’s the problem… And proceeds to take two or three minutes and still doesn’t come onto my speaker.

By now there’s a new car in the first lane, and she starts taking his order. I’m getting frustrated and start to pull away when finally someone comes on to take my order.

I proceed to sit in the line waiting to pay and get my food for over 20 minutes.

The line is so slow that at one point, someone who has already ordered literally pulls away. Other people that are in line to order pull away. If I had been in any rush, there’s no way I could’ve stayed for my food.

There was no apology. No addressing of the issue. I will not be returning to this location in the future

they don’t fill the fries. might as well have saved some money and gotten a medium. they let the nuggets spill in the bag. worst of all, they didn’t even get my girlfriend’s burger correct so she spend more time scraping stuff off than actually eating. the food was fast and warm just disappointing

Constantly kids are in the parking lot up to no good. We literally watched a group of kids sitting on the tables in the front stand up and throw a glass bottle into the Main Street where on coming traffic was. It about caused a car crash and it was careless and just ignorant. We actually told the young guy that was working in the drive thru but he just smiled and did absolutely nothing, unbelievable that a company would allow their customers to act in such a manner that could get people seriously hurt and do absolutely nothing about it.

Food was great..big breakfast with bacon. Unfortunately, I had to ask for everything, salt and pepper, napkins, grape jelly (which was jam and kinda nasty). Lacking in service.

They threw my food in the bag like it was for a animal. They gave me a box of medium fries and it was less than 1/2 full . I don’t know what is going on with the McDonald’s but the service is getting worse and worse.

Very disappointed as I eat on the go with work. 25 minutes in a drive thru line!! Than I use a buy one get one for a dollar breakfast sandwich and was told I can’t use it because she couldn’t get it to work. Than 5 minutes more to get to the window to pay. I get my food and she was questionable about what she handed me. I looked in bag and my sandwiches were like not wrapped. The wrap was laying in them!!! I tell her and she said she literally just put them in the bag and attitude she had. She asked what I wanted her to do, I said well they are usually wrapped. She shut the window on me. Very disappointed
