Ordered a Nacho Belle Grande. It has less than a teaspoon of beef!!!! Load of refried beans. Waited forever behind 1 vehicle for drive through service. Apparently they ran out of beef. I called the manager to discuss. She advised me to bring the nachos back for her inspection!!!! Really???? My order was over $20 dollars and I am not from the area. I schooled her on customer service and I have no reason to lie over a $5.99 food item. Taco Bell is my “safe place” for food when I travel. Not this one.

I’m 99% confident this location rations food I got the street chalupa box and there was four tiny pieces of meat on each Chalupa and 2 days ago I got it at another location and it was loaded up. Same with the burrito that come in the box very anemic. I’ve been here a few times where they were out of pretty much everything or closed early because they didn’t have anything left. The people there are friendly though it’s not their fault on how many people show up or that their manager isn’t ordering enough. Also their inside pop is gross like they don’t clean it or something weird is going on with it.

Absolutely horrible service at night. Sabrina, the blue haired “manager” is insanely disrespectful. Me and my boyfriend got 6 tacos, three normal hard shells and three cool ranch Doritos. When we got home, we realized we got 6 normal tacos. We called before going in to let them know we were coming and she’s the one that answered the phone. When we voiced our issue, she told us “no I’m the one that pulled those shells and they are cool ranch”…. While we’re staring at 6 normal tacos with no seasoning on any of them. She ended up arguing with us over the phone saying that they were definitely cool ranch tacos. We rarely have issues with this Taco Bell, but as someone who works in service, the way she spoke to us was absolutely not okay.

I was refused multiple times when I asked for the on shift manager this evening. I was politely asking who the manager was on shift and was refused to be let known this information. I am also being told managers do not have their employees ever offer customers to join out rewards application to bring us as a company higher revenue.
I am not sure her told this manager on site with the over night crew, but the way she talks to customers and lies about company policy in fact is against Taco Bells Store Policy.
Customers are definitely never to be told that they are not allowed to speak with an upper managment member especially whenever this first individual ( Lady ) decided she was going to be rude to out very valued customers especially at an under performing store location monroe mi N telegraph rd. This was at 11:35pm at night pm November 18th 2025. This is unacceptable, when a customer ask for a Manager they are not to be told no period, regardless if they want to hear from someone respectfully, it is not an option to pick and choose whoch customer issues are important to you or not. You not wanting to be nice, go silent each time k asked for a Manager then proceeded you dont have to tell me anything and if I have a problem I can come inside right now and we can handle it.
I dont think these managers quite understand out Policy as a representing of taco bell and suggest a class with a test at the end of the lesson so our customers will never be rudely disrespected by a single sole who works for a company who expects the upmost from their management

I love taco Bell. I’ve been to several taco bells in several states in the past few weeks. From Michigan to Ohio to West Virginia. The food is always consistent. I like the decor in this place.
