Laughable. Every part of the experience was laughable. Thank God it was “only one pizza?” And 7 bucks for an extra most best sausage pizza. Picked it up as soon as it was done, by the time we drove home about 5 minutes, cheese was cold and settled.

Terrible restaurant. I placed an online order at 5:29pm last night for delivery for my child’s birthday. The estimated time for delivery was about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ok cool. I ended up getting the food at about 8:15pm. This is all the restaurant’s fault. In tracking it 3 different delivery drivers were sent to the store. We got 3 pizzas and 4 breadsticks. Some of the breadsticks were undercooked and were thrown out. Unacceptable. I am not sure if this is a franchise or corporate owned. Either way corporate needs to shut this store down and strip the franchise. $70 bucks later. Horrible store. We will stick to Dominos next time. They know how to do it right. The NFL should drop sponsorship of Little Casears based on this store alone.

I showed up at 730 and was ignored. Seen 5 different staff members and none of them checked on the 5 customers that were waiting to place an order. 3 of them walked out making comments on the rudeness of the staff, I finally placed the order at 759pm, 20 minutes later they asked if I wanted to place an order. The supervisor or the senior staff member that is working tonight, needs to be let go. Good is pretty good but I can taste the ignorance in the crust. Might wanna check the recipe.

The trick is to order online and wait for the pizza to be done, then go pick it up. Don’t listen to the estimated time. It’ll give you a 30 minute wait time, but the food won’t be done until 1-2 hours later. Food was cheap and delicious not sure if the wait was worth it. Wife stated she was angry and no longer hungry

Been here a few times. Pizza was never ready. One time I waited almost an hour outside because the lobby was full. Little Ceasars is Little Ceasars. Pizza is all the same but id try a different location if you order during dinner hours.

My FAV quick and cheap pizza. The majority of the staff here is great. I always order online so I run in and out. The only negatives are the waiting area could be cleaner ( but it’s ALWAYS busy in there so I’m assuming that’s why the floors are so filthy ) and parking is tight and very limited, but aside from that the food is always yummy and I’ve never had to wait nor have I ever had an issue with our food.

I ordered from here at 6pm, given a pickup time of 6:30 and arrived accordingly. I didn’t get my food until 8pm. I should have gone to the store, got ingredients, and made my own pizza in the time this took.

The worse workers ever! Never go here.. try the other guys. They messed up my order and the only advice they had for me was “get back to the store as soon as possible to get it fixed”. When I explained that that was not possible and suggested maybe taking my name so there’s proof I spoke with with management the pea brain lady on the phone said “well obviously you have a receipt so they know”.. After about 3 “well obviously” remarks I wanted to know why the obvious thing to have done was not mess up my order to begin with. I asked for a corporate number so I can possibly get a partial refund or coupons for the missing items. And the pea brain suggested I google it. Obviously I will be calling my bank since I was not able to get any help from the store and there’s no way to contact any type of support team. I wouldn’t give these people 2 cents until they can hire people more professional that have the intellect and emotional maturity to handle basic customer service issues. I see why they have a horrible rating.
