As a trucker delivering near by, I arrived around 1:00 am to pick up some food (Bob tail) and obviously I couldn’t go through the drive thru so I parked and walked to the front.(late night orders doors are locked).
At first the workers were confused as to why I was knocking on the window instead of just going through the drive thru and eventually the lady took my order at the door and took my phone to pay. Got my food and ate ( didn’t have food, haven’t eaten in 19 hours and won’t have food for another 20 until I reach home – if I didn’t order food). Was quick and tasty. I give them 5 starts for understanding.

Everyone, including the Dashers, beware!
This is the slowest fast food store that I’ve been to (on par with McDonald’s on 5 Mile).
Your order will be 20-30 minutes late, unless you are in a drive thru line. And if it’s a low pay order, Dashers will be waiting forever, wasting their time (don’t accept orders from this restaurant or unassign if waiting over 10 min). So much for fast food… more like slow food.
P.S. employees inside always bicker and argue with each other (and the kitchen is open). The way I see it, it’s a manager’s fault for allowing this.

My wife and I had lunch at the Merriman Taco Bell today (2/21). Smallest tacos I ever received at a Taco Bell, and my wife got a small shell bowl of a Taco salad, and it was so skimpy and she said that the shell tasted like motor oil. Won’t go back to this location again.

There’s nothing convenient about ordering from the mobile app and picking up the order inside. Everyone is focused on getting cars through the drive through. Your mobile phone order goes through almost forgotten.

Got a meal that, even by today’s fast food standards, was pretty sub par. What really annoyed me about it is that I got this little bag that held a total of five chips, one of which was busted up. I get that inflation is pretty bad right now, but five tortilla chips as the side, really?

Employees are rude. Order to be ready at 12:30pm. At 12:03pm says ready for pick up. Food was soggy. Food was cold. Pepsi was clear and they knew it. Asked for special order on the tacos for no lettuce. They all had lettuce. This store is terrible now!!!

Don’t go to this taco bell. Consistently forgets food every trip, the drive through line regularly gets backed up to 20+ minute waits. The staff is unhelpful. Save your money.

Having never been here before, I would go back again. This place is pretty much a burger bar. Tthe portions, and prices, are quite reasonable. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating is available.

My beloved taco bell on Plymouth between Inkster & Beech Daly has been closed for renovations for far too long, so I went to this location (Plymouth & Merriman).
Please know there was only one car in front of me in the drive thru. I was told to pull in front and wait for my order. Annoying, but ok…
Wait almost 10 minutes, get my stuff, take a look, have to get out and go in for the sauce i asked for 3 times anyways. Got back to work…look at my awesome steak quesadilla.
This would almost be funny, if I had more time to go back or get something else for lunch.
