The kid at the drive through was very friendly and courteous.
This was our first time ordering the chicken strips. We received burnt, petrified chunks of charcoal. Maybe that’s why the wait was so long? See photos.

This is supposed to be their new fried chicken wrap. Service is pretty good, the restaurant is pretty clean… but their food is beyond horrible. Im sorry but that didn’t even taste like chicken. Safe to say that im never ever coming in here again.

If you see this before going just don’t. Find a Taco Bell up the street. No matter the time of day they are always behind. With one or 10 cars in the line it doesn’t make a difference in the time you get your food. Every time I’ve ordered it takes at least 20 mins longer than the expected time. I hate accidentally ordering from here. Management needs to do better.

let me start by saying: the food was great. only forgot a doritos taco, but i was reimbursed easily through the app so no issues. however, it took 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered via mobile app at 10:56pm, and im only about 3 minutes away. there were 4 cars ahead of us once we arrived at the line around 11pm. 2 of those 4 cars got out of line as we were waiting. we still get to the ordering speaker at 11:20. Woman on speaker said “i’m sorry, I need a moment.” we then sat at the ordering screen for about 10 minutes, and then they asked us to pull forward after giving my name for the order. We then sat at the window for another 10 minutes. I only saw about 2 or 3 workers from the window, and from what i could see they were moving pretty fast to get these orders done, one woman even running around & visibly panting. They were packing up other orders the entire time we were at the window, i’m guessing a few people from inside ordered a while before us. We received the food finally at 11:41, 20 minutes after getting to the ordering screen, 45 minutes total. If it truly is just short staffing that’s causing it to be this slow, why are the workers not able to pause the mobile ordering to catch up rather than let it pile up and have to tell every single person at the window that they need a moment. Seems very tiring as a worker and frustrating for the customers.

This location is convenient for me on my way home from work & I used to come here a lot so I could use my app & get rewards but I can’t take it anymore.
The wait is horrendous no matter what time of day. I understand that this is probably a really busy location, so I’m willing to extend some grace, but it’s about a 40 minute wait minimum every single time regardless of whether you’re going through the drive-thru or picking up inside. Mike & another gentleman are the only competent staff members I’ve run into & they know how to continue to provide excellent customer service during their busiest times.
I usually always go through the drive-thru when I go to this location, but one time recently, I decided that I wanted to pick my order up in the store. I tried to update my pick-up location in the app but I was having a hard time so I went inside the store & saw Mike. I talked to Mike & he was either going on break or leaving for the day, so he notified his team members that I wanted to pick-up inside before leaving. I waited for about 30 minutes, which is standard at this location so I didn’t think anything of it, but I decided to check in just in case there was a miscommunication. I went to the counter & when I finally got someone’s attention, I asked about my order. They grabbed my order for me which appeared to be ready for me at the drive-thru. I didn’t complain at all because I understood that there might have been a miscommunication. However, the young woman working the drive-thru took it upon herself to engage me directly & tell me that it was ready for me at the drive-thru because that’s the option that I had selected in the app. I can’t tell you how angry this made me. Before you decide to get sassy with customers & try to tell them that they are at-fault, you should probably know the situation first. But that’s too much to ask for from anybody working here because nobody at this location knows anything & always walk around aimlessly like they are confused. This isn’t the last time that I went to this location, but it definitely contributed.

Very small parking lot. I visited on a day when a outside management party was present and observing operations. They bobbled my order and had to start over and we’re very embarrassed. As such they really cranked up the service I suspect for the benefit of the manager. Cleaning up trash from my table as I used it, making inquiries about refills and so on. I sure wish it was like this all the time.

Literally 28 minutes in the drive through to serve 6 cars.
No acknowledgement about being slow. No apology. Two people just randomly glancing towards our car from behind a closed window.
Skip if you don’t have a half hour to spare. Honestly, on the other side of the freeway is Los Amigos—we’ve gotten in and out of there for a sit down meal in less time.

Yesterday I placed an order for pickup only to be told after waiting an hour that they had never received the order. I showed them my order confirmation and was told I would have to reorder as they didn’t receive it. I left upset but understood that these things happen. Today I decided to give it another go. Placed my order for pickup in the drive through. When I got there the drive through was backed up to the point I couldn’t even get into line. I went inside to pickup the food instead. Again I could not even get into line if I wanted. I waited 30 minutes inside for my order only to then be told that I could not be handed my food and had to go through the drive thru. My food was sitting right there and they refused to hand it to me inside. I went back outside to see the line wrapped around the building yet again with me unable to get in the line. I will not be coming back. The sad part is I work right across the street so this is far and away my most convenient lunch spot. 2 days of lunch breaks wasted for nothing but poor customer service.
