They get no good rating at all. I paid online they said all we have to give you in replacing a fry was a fiesta potato. If you look at my food in photos all of my food has burns on it and who knows what else in it. I am pushing charges tomorrow and pursuing a lawsuit. My wife is pregnant and providing burnt unknown what food could harm the baby.

It’s not my fault that the Taco Bell app only allows 1 free reward per order. I’ve never had issues at other Taco Bell locations as there is absolutely NO max for mobile orders. The drive thru time is also not my concern nor my job. I picked up 3 orders for Raven (cheesy gordita crunch, fiesta potato, medium drink) and 4 orders for Eli (4 items) they could’ve put his order in 1 bag and my order in 1 bag. I instantly got attitude at the speaker and told to come inside even though I placed for drive thru; I’m not doing that. Attitude at the window. Wouldn’t give me my drink til I sat there for 3 minutes and she slammed the window in my face. Overweight black female with black and red hair. I’ll definitely never be returning to this location. Figured to contact through here before going to corporate. Also, no silverware, I was asking for sauce and got the window slammed in my face. Find a different job if you can’t work in customer service; it’s a very easy job.

My food was made perfectly in a reasonable amount of time. I live in detroit, the suburb fast food chains do way better than in the city. I do hate I was greeted with AI ordering at the drive thru and it was unable to get my order right. I’d like to thank the man working the window for getting it on track and for understanding/excusing my frustration.

This is one of the slowest tacobell in the state ive been in line for 20 min with only 1 car in line. On top of that the food comes out cold and nasty. Most times if it is grilled it taste like the grill hasnt been cleaned in weeks. Dont come to this taco bell you will be upset. They absolutely suck!

Normally is a decent quick stop. I work with people and a simple thank you or you’re welcome can go along way. Drove thru cashier was miserable at best . If you can’t handle a fast paced job while being friendly then move on.

1/19/26 me and my boyfriend were at Taco Bell at Martin and Harper and waited over 35 minutes for our food. The workers were rude, and working extremely slow. They were not giving any updates on people’s food. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell we have been to, and will not be returning to this one. Would not recommend coming to this location.

let me just say this location specifically is terrible. i don’t know if it’s the staffs laziness or what. everytime we order food from this location its cold, or the tacos are just soggy. falling apart sticking onto the wrapper.. no other taco bell i’ve visited tacos does that. will not be ordering from this location again or visiting it.

I have ate their & have door dashed their. Food is garbage & service is garbage!!!!! I just did a dash where i sat in the lobby for 26 min. they continued to take care of only the drive thru. No wonder why thay taco bell cant keep employees. the place just sucks.

This used to be the best taco Belle ever. Now the employees are rude asking “what do you want” then make you repeat 4 times saying “what” “what”. And you have to remind them at the window what you ordered. Called to speak to the manager. Was the same person I dealt with in the drive through. Said they were short staffed so couldn’t be nice. Said only 2 people were working. Him and a girl sweeping. So who made the food if it was only those 2? Half my shell on my gordita crunch was missing. Horrible horrible experience. I’ve frequented this location for 30 years. Will never be returning again after this
